Switch from Lupron/abi to Orgovyx/abi?
As I approaching my third 3 month shot of
Lupron
I wonder if Orgo might push out my time fence to MCRP more than
Lupron
, but I don't see anything on it.

Early Results from Transdermal Estrogen PATCH trial - 2
The
Lupron

Eligard injection site
I’m changing from 3 month
Lupron
to 6 month Eligard.
Lupron
has always been injected in my hip and I’m wondering if Eligard can also use the same site. Thanks in advance for your comments.

Abiraterone seems to be working
I really just have the same SE's I've experienced wtih
Lupron
: relatively mild hot flashes and moderate fatigue. No increase in those this time. My last experience with Abi was that my SE's, while the same as
Lupron
-only, were more intense with Abi added to the

Lupron Question.
I have been on
Lupron
since June 2022. September 2023 Abiraterone and 5mg of prednisone was added. Psa was 19 in Sept and dropped to 1.26 as of Jan. 11 2024. Since going on Abi when I get a monthly
Lupron
shot I have trouble sleeping that first night and mild flu like symptoms the next day.

No Osteoporosis with Estrogen Patch Therapy
These plots compare results from the Phase-II randomized trial (PATCH) comparing estrogen patch therapy to
Lupron
ADT. These plots show that
Lupron
ADT causes bone loss, while estrogen patch therapy has either no bone loss or increased bone mineral density (BMD) over time. Bob

Do testosterone supplements help raise testosterone levels after use of Lupron with radiation?
trying to decide to decide between surgery and radiation w/
Lupron
as a treatment for prostate cancer. I’m particularly concerned with how long it takes to restore testerone levels after 6 months on
Lupron
. Does the use of testerone supplements help restore T levels more quickly?

darolutamide without Lupron?
Has anyone tried darolutamide without doing
Lupron
? Seems like that would help to treat PCa without lowering T-levels. I realize that the standard protocol is doing
Lupron
first, followed by darolutamide second (if needed).

Lupron unjection not reducing PSA
I was then put on monthly injections of
lupron
, the psa was 25.
Lupron
dropped the psa to 10. I have been on
lupron
for 4 monthly injections. My PSA keeps rising, last psa test was 28 last month, guess I'm castrate resistant now.
