Experience with Yasmin?
I had a diagnostic
laparoscopy
in November 2021 and they found endo and adhesions on my rectum and bladder which were removed/released. After a few months pain free I have started getting pain and fatigue again which is such a shame.

Please help!
I had a
laparoscopy
two years ago, where the doctor confirmed I had PCOS and that they found stage 2, widespread endometriosis in the pouch of Douglas. This was mostly all removed by the doctor at the time.

Possible endo (or is it just IBS?)
I know
laparoscopy
is the only way to know for sure but I have so many health things going on the thought of pursuing another line of enquiry is so overwhelming! Does anyone get symptoms like these? Any thoughts on whether it sounds more like endo or IBS, or indeed something else?

Feel a little stuck
I was wondering if the
laparoscopy
helped with other symptoms not just pain. Also does anyone else suffer badly from hormones and anxiety with endo ? Thankyou for taking the time to read / comment xx

Endometrioma and IVF
Hi ladies I wanted to see if anyone has been in a similar position. I have a small endometrioma on one ovary measuring approx 1 cm. This was first observed two years ago with my first fertility clinic. They were not concerned about it and actively told me not to remove it because of the risks of reducing

NHS Waiting Times
Hi everyone 👋 I was diagnosed in April 2021 with Stage 3 endometriosis via a private
laparoscopy
. I also have a Mirena coil fitted (from the same time). I’ve recently moved to the West Midlands and have been fighting to be referred to gynae since August 2021 when I moved here.

Mirena or endo pain?
Pre
laparoscopy
, I didn’t have pain every day just severe pain during periods and ovulation. Has anyone else experienced this, that although the pain isn’t as severe, it’s more frequent after a
laparoscopy
or coil insertion? It’s 14 months, you think it’d settle down by now if it was the coil!!

Family planning - where to start?
Hi, I was diagnosed with Endo around 3 years ago via a
laparoscopy
where they found endo in various places including left ovary which is increasingly immobile. Sadly it was not excision (I had not done enough research when i chose the surgeon).

Surgery was a success 🙌
I knew from research you can't always rely on an MRI and a
laparoscopy
is the best way to see Endometriosis. On the MRI is showed my left tube had Hydrosalpinx. Which my consultant at the local hospital said will need removing.

Severe pain but clear ultrasound?
Hi all, I was diagnosed with Endo via
laparoscopy
in 2018. Since then I've struggled to get care/treatment on the NHS so mostly self managing. A couple of weeks ago I woke up with a different, severe type of pelvic pain, so bad I thought it might be something different.

Rectal Bleeding, Endo and Adenomyosis
Hi, I had my lap and excision in September and diagnosed with adenomyosis and endo. Over the past few months, the abdominal pain has steadily began again alongside rectal bleeding. I had the Mirena coil fitted 2 weeks ago to see if this would help (I’ve been on mini-pill since before my surgery). I was

Can't believe it I can run for 30min at a time, with out collapsing. Couldn't even do a 440 lap at school and haven't run since. Thank you to everyone who has messaged me with support and advice, I started running with a metronome running at 160bpm and that help me to bring my cadence down from 180 to

Pain months after laparoscopy
So I had
laparoscopy
at the end of September 2020. They found a small amount of endometriosis and ablated it. I still feel discomfort in my stomach now around the area of my incision. The pain is worse if I am on my feet for a long time ( I work 12 hour shifts sometimes) or if I am busy .

Accessing excision surgery
I’ve never had a
laparoscopy
. Has anyone else come across reluctance to access surgery . I feel like I’m running out of options with medication. Thanks

Sensitive content possibly- free books to a good home now my journey is over!
Hi ladies. I don’t post much as my journey ended in February when we welcomed our daughter Eliza a sibling for Francesca. We endeared a long and difficult struggle for our family 3 endometriosis laparoscopic surgeries, 3 early miscarriages and a let loss of our daughter Amelia at 20 weeks pregnant. We

Extending zodalex treatment and symptoms?
Hi all, I wondered if anyone could help or advice. I have been on zodalex and hrt for 5 months and will be my six month injection next month. Zodalex has helped with my pain a lot and have been able to do things again, however I’ve started to notice that my old symptoms have been creeping in again

A fantastic Parkrun
Most weeks lately I've been treating Parkrun as a recovery run, just slow and steady as it's a bit more demanding than my usual route ie it has slopes ;) The other day I was looking for an NRC guided run to help me along and found '5k race'. Yes, I know Parkrun isn't a race but I'm normally on my own
