Missing period after laparoscopic surgery
Hi I'm 40 yo diagnosed with stage 4 endo, had laparoscopic surgery from 4 months 10 days, had my fallopian tube & ovary removed, still didn't get any period & I'm worried, did anyone experience missed periods for more than 4 months after laparoscopic surgery?

Embarrassed to keep ringing GP.
I had my lap in feb however nothing was found. I was and still am completely shocked by this as I have nearly every symptom of endometriosis. I believe that it was missed as it was done by a general gynaecologist. My symptoms are bloating every day, extreme pain when peeing all month (it use to be

Does endo cause daily pain even when on desogestrel
I'm struggling with daily pelvic pain since my dignotic lap where endo was found but not removed. I've been on desogestrel pill since November and have no periods but yet have this daily pelvic pain. More specifically does anyone else get more pain in the lower right side of pelvis? Sometimes I have

I got diagnosed stage 4 endo in September just gone, through a
laparoscopy
. Thought surgery might of eased my pains, however I’ve just had a second period since my surgery and the amount of pain I was in was unbearable. I couldn’t stand up, never mind walk, screaming and crying.

Colonoscopy tips?
Hi all, After having a successful lap in November, I was referred for a Colonoscopy which is now coming around in a few weeks. I was wondering if anyone could share any tips / advice, and let me know what your outcome was (good or bad) if you also have Endo and had to have one?

Exercise after laproscopy + hysteroscopy
Hi guys, I had a
laparoscopy
and hysteroscopy 9 days ago to see if the docs could figure out why I was having recurrent miscarriages. Still waiting on my follow up to discuss the findings but I wanted to get peoples advice on exercise.

Anxious - Endo and bowel surgery
I’ve since had a
laparoscopy
which has confirmed severe endo, obliterated pouch of Douglas, adhesions to the bowel. MRI has also confirmed adenomyosis. Not great! I’ve tried dienogest which just turned me into a psycho so not keen to try that again.

Finally got a diagnosis
I finally had a cystoscopy and a
laparoscopy
. I feel validated with what has been found but also lost. I am waiting to hear what the plan is. Does anyone else have endo this extensive? How do you live? I am struggling.

Sickness in tummy after lap
I had my first lap 14th of feb. From I had it I have been feeling so sick in the tummy it’s coming up to 6 weeks. They found nothing during surgery. I have been feeling awful cramps all over my belly, diarrhoea and constipation. I thought I had a tummy bug although it’s been going on for quite some time

Pain specialist says it's not endo
But several gynecologists have told me they suspect I have superficial endometriosis and wanted to do a
laparoscopy
to check. I feel very uncomfortable that this specialist wanted to cancel my
laparoscopy
and that the only thing stopping her was tedious paperwork and procedures.

Removal of tube and possibly ovary - Salpingo-oophorectomy

Decided to have a robot assisted laparoscopic radical prostatectomy - update
Reasons for my decision: I made a decision based on my understanding, see below. Radiation - no effect on urinary leakage, sexual function initially preserved but wanes for most, limited options for salvage - if cancer recurs treatment is palliative/non curative, long term radiation damage to bladder

Fission 2023 race report.
Mini race support. Arrived an hour prior to start and parked in the (disused?) Nuclear power station car park.Car park is a 10 minute walk to the start. Walked to the race control with fully loaded bag with kit for any condition slight drizzle in the air. No manned bag drop just left my bag in the hall

Pelvic congestion and endo
Has anyone been diagnosed with pelvic congestion as well as endometriosis? During my recent lap and excision surgery where less endo was found than anticipated it was noted there were signs of pelvic congestion. I was a bit too out of it to ask my consultants registrar questions when she spoke to me
