What to do when dad gets home from hospital
My dad 79 and a veteran, just started kidney dialysis in the hospital. I live an hour and I am hoping they can setup rides to dialysis when he gets home. I am worried about his new diet plan. Because of my health I can only get there once a week. Any tips are appreciated. I am new to this, and I am

Yellow skin under eyes?
Are there any causes of slightly yellow skin under your eyes when pregnant besides jaundice/cholestasis? Apart from slightly itchy skin on my bump and being tired (which could just be normal), I don't really have any other symptoms of anything. I'm going to try to get through to the midwife to ask anyway

š„±š„±š„± and sleep!
Hi guys. I have just had a liver transplant and I am struggling to sleep. I seem to wake every 4 hours and cat nap when fatigue kicks in. I have a fare idea that it is the medication. I'm just wondering if there is anything I can do without taking sleeping tablets. Can I just say, I'm taking vitamin

Newly-discovered Micro-Mets: What would you do?
Recent (my first) PSMA Pylarify scan shows I've acquired 9-10 tiny lymph node metastases scattered in the common iliac, mediastinal, and left supraclavicular regions of my body. I'm still hormone-sensitive, but would prefer not to go back on ADT if possible (history of heart concerns). Area radiation

its getting hard.
Hello - I am really struggling with this. I got a letter from a treatment provider where I was having treatment for depression - RTMS. They have discharged me from the programme as it didn't work for me. My depression score was really high due to the stress with my renal function. She basically wrote

Weight management
If anyone is in any doubt if Keto works alongside our blood sugar issues, Iāve been on Keto for just under 4 weeks now and have lost 1 stone and 3 lb. By back pain has disappeared as has my left knee pain. My bowel issues have disappeared. Iāve stopped going to the loo more than 5 or 6 times a day.

Adrenaline bursts
I have been experiencing ,what has now become several times daily, bursts of adrenaline for a few months now and wondering if it could be related to my endo or some kind of hormone issue. I get short rushes of adrenaline from out of nowhere, I could just be sitting watching TV, for example. It's gone

Transplant assessment delay - thanks for nothing PCR test!
Today I was expecting to be starting the process of thinking over whether I want to go ahead with a future lung transplant or not.
