Suspected B12 deficiency
After these results I added high strength b12, b complex,
iron
, vit d and k2, Magnesium. I haven't taken b12 or b complex this week in case I have more tests on Friday. Any advice would be greatly appreciated 🙏 🙂 thank you

High Transferrin Saturation without optimal iron levels
Hello, I am currently trying to get my
iron
levels up and they are slowly creeping in the right direction. However. My latest bloods show that my TSAT is now too high at 65% (up from 39% two months ago), and ferritin at 70ug/L (up from 65ug/L.)

Of note, my mother had her first

still confused about my iron results
I’ve now redone my
iron
panel with medichecks and have similar results to last time. I can’t work out why my ferritin continues to drop. And what I can do about it as I know I need higher ferritin levels for optimum thyroid hormone function. …………………………… Ferritin……….

Can anyone help with iron panel interpretation please
This is a friend’s recent
iron
panel Posted a couple of days ago but hoping for a better response this time I’ve looked on rT3 adrenals where it says a low transferrin level indicates a lack of capacity for supplemental
iron
.

Low iron levels with a heart condition
Has anyone else experienced this low
iron
? Will I need
iron
tablets forever? I think my periods play a part in this as I'm still on dual blood thinners so they're ridiculously heavy.

Ferritin dropping, FT3 is not great
I've read about the advice to try buy the expensive heme
iron
from the US, is that what I should do? I'm not sure what an '
iron
panel' test is, which I've read about on this forum, should I ask for this?

Beyond frustrated
I have had to have an
iron
infusion as well. All the biopsies came back negative. The colorectal surgeon said I have some small hemorrhoids but they don’t appear to be bleeding. He said he thinks the bleeding is higher up due to the color and the clots.

blood test-nutrients advice
Possibly the most complex part is the
iron
. Last time I tested was August last year and the results were:
Iron
92 (60-180) Ferritin 41.2 (10-120) I have been supplementing on and off with
iron
this year as symptoms were worse after period, but I was cautious about overdoing it.

New Year New Bloods! It's time to titrate! Please help!
- Got
panel - Ferritin is my TOP PRIORITY, it's TERRIBLE. I will be eating a very
iron
rich diet. My
iron
is up and down so am afraid of/avoiding supplements. Can I do anything else?
- Vitties - Will be upping D supplement...
Vit D way low. What about the others?

Three Arrows iron repair price hike! Possible alternatives?
I was about to re-order Three Arrows
iron
repair simply heme from the States and, to my horror, the price for 3 bottles has increased from $66 in April to $85 today!! Both prior to P&P. Can anyone suggest a suitable alternative? Thanks 🙏

I am gluten- free and have been taking Vitamin D3 and
iron

iron

According to my oncologist my

Genetic/familial RLS
Genetic/familial rls respond to
iron
in the same way? Just found out that my sister suffers from rls and we feel that our father may have. I have taken three months of
iron
with no improvement at all in fact, the rls is worsening. I am about to request a recheck of
iron
panel.
