Vinegar and Diabetes, Do's and Don'ts
The limited available research suggests that vinegar taken before a meal may lower blood glucose from 20% to 33%.[10,12] The response may depend on the type of glucose load—that is, a more pronounced response with a high-glycemic vs low-glycemic meal or glucose-containing beverage.[11,14] Large amounts

Cellular damage in Diabetics; what contributes more to it?
This question haunts me these days, after listening to a diabetic (3 decades) friend! His Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate (ESR) is above normal. He feels that high Insulin be more responsible than high BS! What is the "opinion" of members/experts. After all is it not the "opinion" of yesterday that becomes

High-Fat, Low-Carb Diet
There hardly is a week a member comes along asking about diet and gets "served" high-fat, low-carb diet. Like everything, the extremes are always dangerous and even though such a diet might have helped some, there is also ample room for mishap and problems. Why not simply let everyone "google" for it
