New tests after two years
I also had three
ICSI
cycles which resulted in three frozen blastocysts. My boyfriend and I went to try having a child together first before considering other options, hence the tests. I’m absolutely terrified. I’m on holiday and should be enjoying it but I’m constantly anxious about the results.

After
ICSI
6 of the 7 fertilised and by day 3 things were looking good all 6 were doing well until day 5 I just had 1 that reached the blastocyst stage. After FET I waited the 12days to find it disnt work. I just dont feel very positive after hearing the doctor say this to me.

Anyone else with Type 1 Diabetes going through IVF?
We had our first cycle in January 2019 and this was with
ICSI
, using menopur (max dosage) and cyclogest. We got 6 eggs collected of which 4 were mature and 3 fertilised, making it to blastocyst stage.

Too much female DNA
Hi all, On EC I had 17 collected, 15 mature and injected (
ICSI
), 12 fertilised, 8 were abnormal due to too much female DNA, leaving 4. I ended up with 1 left on day 5 and had ET Friday so now I’m 2ww.

3rd failed IVF cycle - what can I do next? Devastated
Immune results are all ok although very slight elevation of cd3 We have had x2 fresh cycles each transferring a 5bb blastocyst - used
ICSI
. Each time we had an ok number of eggs but low number of successful blastocysts.

Questions for embryologist
Unfortunately even with
icsi
this time, we didn't get fertilisation - embryologist said the cytoplasm looked grainy and after the
icsi
the egg started to implode on itself. We had 1 egg collected a year ago - just ivf - and that didn't fertilise either.

Failed first cycle - time to count my blessings...
This was our first cycle, using
ICSI
(owing to my age, 39, and my husband having had testicular cancer and chemotherapy). We're both feeling devastated - despite being given a whopping 10% chance of it working, I'd secretly got my hopes up. My Nana always taught me to count my blessings. Here goes!

Egg collection today! Really happy!!
The clinic has decided that
ICSI
is the best approach for all of them as we have been trying for so long without success. I don’t want to get ahead of myself as I know a lot can still go wrong so I’m trying to stay grounded.

Struggling!
Hi everyone, So my husband & I had the news yesterday that the reason for his azoospermia is due to Y chromosome microdeletion, & our doctor has said there is probably no point going through the sperm extraction process and
ICSI
as he very much doubts there’ll be any decent sperm there, and we’d only

Enlarged ovaries early pregnancy
I had successful
icsi
with last of injections end of Feb. i had my 7 my early scan last week and the nurse told me I had enlarged ovaries still and to increase water and protein. I’ve had pressure in my abdomen since befor egg collection but definitely think it’s been more uncomfortable recently.

IVF/ICSI March 2019
Me and my husband have been ttc for over 2 years, funding for
ICSI
due to low morphology and low egg reserve. Started treatment in March, had egg collection yesterday, got 12 eggs, 11 fertilised and found out this morning 7 have made it to day 1!

impatiently waiting!
Then we’re going to go through
ICSI
, but of course in the hope they’re able to detect some sperm once they’ve extracted directly from his testicles. I’m getting so impatient now and questioning lots of things including my own fertility.

Myself and my partner have been TTC for 3 years, we are at the end of our
ICSI
journey and find out the weekend if it has worked or not! I am absolutely petrified of getting the results back and just don't know how I will react.
