Natural/Mild IVF vs conventional
I’m keen to start a fresh
ICSI
cycle and have been researching alternative clinics locally and abroad. I’ve just come off a webinar with a clinic that uses natural/mild treatment as opposed to the conventional process. They focus on quality vs quantity.

BFN- what to do next thoughts appreciated? 🤔
I think today I’ve realised I’m strong enough to do one last round with the 1 donor sperm we have left 💪🏼 Here’s our track record 2016/17 6 x IUI all BFN
Round 1
2018 lowest does menopur (75?)

4th round of ivf/icsi
Is there any support for couples like us. This is the most stressful thing we have been through, mentally, physically and financially! Surely there is others going through the same? I have found friends end up avoiding us because they don't know what to say. I don't believe anyone can truly understand

Rainbow after the storm
After 2 x 8 week miscarriages; 5 chemical pregnancies (all natural), and 1 failed round of IVF, we welcomed our little Jamie into the world on Wednesday after our second round using

Age 43, AMH and AFC ok. High or Low dose stimulation? Hysteroscopy? Additional tests?
Also they are suggesting a lot of sperm tests and fragmentation tests, although my partner is already on supplements and we are using
ICSI
, so I'm not sure the results would be that useful?

medroxgprogesterone and ICSI
Any pointers will really help, especially as I do not want to jeopardise what may be my last round of
ICSI
treatment.

Coping strategies needed!
Yesterday I had my 8th embryo transfer. we we're lucky enough to conceive with our first DE
ICSI
cycle in 2016, since then we've had 7FET with DE. We needed to find a new donor after the 2nd fet. There has been a miscarriage and biochemical pregnancies with the last three goes .

Failed Fertilisation
We had IVF instead of
ICSI
and for some reason there was no connection built between the sperm and the eggs. Sperm and egg quality were normal. I am not sure what to do next. Has anyone had this before and became successful in next cycle or so? Thanks for any advice.

Shocked by abnormal fertilisation after ICSI
In my latest round, we decided to do
ICSI
/IMSI at a new clinic. 13 out of 14 eggs fertilised, but only 5 fertilised normally on Day 1. I've never had abnormal fertilised eggs before. It was shocking. Has anybody had this before? Do you know why?

50% fertilization with ICSI
Just had an egg retrieval Saturday AM. 17 collected, 13 mature, only 7 fertilized with
ICSI
. Not super hopeful we will end up with too many blasts for freezing, and then they’re getting shipped for testing. I’ve had 3 failed transfers previously so the odds are just looking so slim for us.

tested a day early 😭
So I went and did it - I tested a day early, just this afternoon and a BFN, really trying hard not to be too devastated I know I need to test tomorrow morning and bloods are booked for Monday but it’s so hard not to just disintegrate that was my second full round of
ICSI
just 1 embryo that made it all

gestational diabetes
Bit of background I’m 29 weeks pregnant through
ICSI
. At 12 weeks I was told I’d high bp no previous history. Started labetalol around 18 weeks. At 21 weeks I tested positive for covid and took clexene , started clexene again at 28 weeks.

All fertilised with
icsi
but only 1 made it to blastocyst and was only a 3bc and didn’t take. My second round was pretty disastrous, 13 eggs collected, 11 mature, 8 fertilised again by
icsi
but only one made it to day 5 and hadn’t reached blastocyst.

Waiting again ever moving goal posts,...anyone experienced male factor treatment delays?
Today, we filled out HFEA forms and were given an appointment for SSR for 27th September and if sperm is found approximately January to start
ICSI
. In the grand scheme,I realise this is only a few months difference from Autumn but the waiting so far has really taken its toll.
