Scared that another hold up is on the horizon.
I hope you are all able to enjoy the sunny weather while we still have it. I've been very up and down lately, but feeling scared today as I'm having a hysteroscopy and biopsy this afternoon. My first IVF cycle 3 years ago left me with a uterine polyp. After much inaction by consultants I arranged referral

Breakthrough
For the first time in a long time I did not spend forever in the store filled with anxiety and tension in my chest and stomach. This is not about covid, this is about me and going shopping. I went several places and didn’t take hours and didn’t feel obsessive or panicked.

Need Advice
Hi everyone, I have suspected endo and have pretty much all of the symptoms along with a family history. I’ve been going to the doctors for it for the last five years but have never been diagnosed. I had the implant, combined pill and mini pill but none have really helped. I’ve had ultrasounds and examinations

Mirena coil
I have the merina coil in November 2018. My period this month is 10 days late, since having the coil I have had regular periods. I have some pregnancy symptoms that I experienced with my 1st 2 but had 3 negative tests. Can the coil stop your periods a year and a half later?

Help! Sorry if this is long!!
Hello all. I’m new here although I should have come here many years ago. In 2014 I had a grade 3 sub arachnoid haemorrhage. I had vasospasm after this event which robbed me of my vision. It became double. It righted itself a few months later though and I was just left with a really irritating stutter

Anxiety does not define me... or you!
Hey everyone, I'm new to this site and I feel a little more at ease after reading some people's posts, knowing that I'm not alone in my feelings... I guess my first post will be a long one describing me and what I've experienced. If anyone takes the time to read it, I appreciate you. Otherwise, it's

Pattern problems?
Hi everyone Hope you’re all doing ok. I’ve suffered with depression and anxiety (mostly depression) for a very long time. For quite some time now I’ve seen patterns in things and have to trace them in my head until I finish the pattern. I’m on antidepressants and my doctor isn’t too sure what’s exactly

I can't shake my Instrusive thoughts, I'm scared that they are me and not just OCD/anxiety driven.
I can't quit obsessing over my Instrusive thoughts, im so scared they are actually who I am and not OCD/anxiety driven thoughts. Anyone else like this?

Mirena Coil - unbelievable pain?!
Hi All, I had the Mirena coil fitted 5 days ago which seemed to go fine until after 48hrs.. I have been experiencing the most horrific pain and ended up in hospital on Morphine. Tests and scans were inconclusive and I need to go back tomorrow but suspect coil has moved. Did anyone else suffer with

Marina Coil concerns
Hello, I’ve had my coil in for over a year now and I started off having no periods at all or slight spotting for a day but I’ve noticed over the past couple of months I’ve been having regular periods, and they’re heavier and darker than the spotting itself, is this normal or is it something I need to
