Awful pain in right shoulder and arm
I’m maxed out on codeine and
ibuprofen
. I sometimes wonder if it is a flare up or something else. I can’t get dressed to go to doctors so I’m relying on him to make a decision as to steroids. I’ve RA for 3 years now and was stable on my meds.

Severe iron deficiency and Hasimotos
I have now started ‘gluten loading’ for my endoscopy in 3 weeks and am having the worst reaction when I eat it:- palpitations, urticaria on face and neck, sinus headache, intense nausea after consuming, now a raised itchy skin rash on my lower legs, stomach cramps, hangover feeling and now taking

Slowly giving up.
That's cool, but for 15 years I've been struggling on with NSAIDs and now the
Ibuprofen
seems to be making my asthma worse ( though people seem to look at me like I have two heads when I say it)and so I can't even take that. The joint pain is awful. Sorry again lol. I have a tendency to run on.

Please help, worried about all sorts, 15 years old
So I told the doctor all the problems I'd been having and she put it down to an inflammation in my stomach due to my ongoing use of nurofen/
ibuprofen
for my terrible period pains and due to braces pain as well so basically gastritis.

Questions about Disease Activity and Plaquenil dose
I am also on Benlysta infusions once a month and LOTS of
ibuprofen
and Alleve. I've only seen her twice (this past appointment was my 2nd). I don't know how she can make these decisions about my treatment without knowing me a little better.

Amitriptiline for headaches
Paracetamol and
ibuprofen
don’t touch it. I’ve never had migraines although imagine this is what they may feel like. I have a 2 and 6 year old to care for, so lying in a dark room isn’t an option sadly!

W2R2 knee pain
So waiting for that now and continuing rest,
ibuprofen
and ice treatment. This is obviously going to take time so will restart the C25K when fit again. Feeling disappointed that I hadn't really even got started, but plan to get the trainers back on as soon as I'm recovered.

Been on paracetamol and
ibuprofen
since my last run as my knees were so painful. Got through it at a 🐌 pace and after my stretches sat here with an ice pack on my knees. Fingers crossed they get stronger soon 😬

Is this a Migraine? 13 yr old daughter with very strange symptoms.
She has had migraines before but only every 4-5 months and a few days asleep in bed and
ibuprofen
seems to do the trick. Her early signs gave always been different - sometimes a tingly arm, sometimes coloured lights in her eyes. Sometimes she’s sick.

New here and need a little advice!!
Basically the doc has said that my kidneys are working a little hard, potentially due to the
ibuprofen
I've been taking.

How is everyone managing their pain?
At my last visit to my neurologist I expressed my concern to him that I'm taking 800mg of
ibuprofen
every single day at least once a day and he said he thought I'd be fine. Well, after an endoscopy and colonoscopy I'm being treated for an ulcer so obviously it wasn't "fine".

Hello, I suffer from really painful periods but I am able to get through the days with my stock of
ibuprofen
. However I am not allowed to take
ibuprofen
during stims and paracetamol has no effect on me.

Finally out of the IC?
Got home and stuck a big freezer block on it for 20 minutes (wrapped in a tea towel) then rubbed some
ibuprofen
gel into it (found that works better than tablets), and so far so good. This all came about because on Wednesday I had a lovely 20 minute run on the treadmill.
