Could have been alot of
ibuprofen
use before rest or strenuous exercise and I don't want to downplay the seriousness of anyone else's situation. Just need to talk to someone.

Muscle damage caused by prednisolone
I did not realise that you should not take naproxen or
ibuprofen
with prednisolone - oh dear as I had been taking them. I feel a complete wreck and worse than I did a year ago. Has anyone had the same symptoms and do they have advice on what helped them? Many thanks.

7dp3dt transfer - beta result
I’d usually be topping up with
ibuprofen
at this point but that small chance that the embryos may have stuck is holding me back. So - grade 3 embryos, recovering from OHSS, negative beta at 7dp3dt, and period pains - doesn’t sound good.

Panicking after visit to Rheumy
He is making an appointment for me to see an endocrinologist but said I have to reduce the pred to zero over three to four months and take
ibuprofen
to control the pain. From experience, I know
ibuprofen
does not help.

Painful & confused after lap
Anyway back home I was ok with the
ibuprofen
& paracetamol for a day or two but then the pain started getting worse. Having finally had a bowel movement on Friday I decided to try one of the codeine pills I'd been given, but I had the wrong (opposite) response to it.

Following on from mugster....voltarene spray?
Following on from mugster asking about
ibuprofen
......diflonec is also banned...it’s sold as voltarene .in France, prob same in U.K.....they are tablets...but what about voltarene that comes as a spray you spray on to your affected area? As that doesn’t go near the stomach is it ok?

Any suggestions???
I am having oral surgery on Friday to remove some teeth and they are giving me
ibuprofen
800‘s and a pain pill, I believe it’s Norco. This makes my tinnitus sounds to become very loud and unbearable!

First Herpes Outbreak. Severe. Can't go to the bathroom please help.
I am on
ibuprofen
a few times a day. I've taken baths for relief and to pee and it helps but honestly nothing completely relieves the pain. This is literally the worst and I want to die. I don't want to be dramatic but I was already depressed and this just brought down my world.

Chronic laryngitis
It’s helped by drinking warm water, putting a hot wheatie on my neck and
ibuprofen
. It happens every few weeks. It always goes away when I take steroids. I’m only on hydroxy 400mg daily and paracetamol/
ibuprofen
when necessary for joint pain and migraine.

Pericarditis diagnosed 10 weeks ago/now don't know what it is?
I was diagnosed with Acute Pericarditis 10 weeks ago however after 8 weeks of treatment colchicine,
ibuprofen
, co-codamol my symptoms were getting worse. At the moment my cardiologist doesn't know what it is but he's pretty sure its not pericarditis.

Eager to run today w7r3
After a couple of rounds of
ibuprofen
through the day my back loosened up. I was only planning to walk for a bit but I felt so mentally and physically ready and really keen to run.

PMR or not?
I was given strong paracetamol,
ibuprofen
, naprosyn, tramadol & amitriptyline & none of these even took the edge off the pain I was in. I could hardly walk, getting in & out of vehicles was a major struggle, couldn’t sleep at night at all.

Coming out of Denial!
I began using triptans to relieve the pain at its worst but this quckly became a daily cycle of use, in addition to paracetemol and
ibuprofen
. In my effort to avoid any dependancy on preventatives, I was practically addicted to abortives, that had very litte effect on the migraines.
