Ibuprofen and Lupus
Just wondering, if possible from a medical professional, if it's possible to use
ibuprofen
patches for constant knee pain. I'm on the road to Osteoarthritis, with a current destination of Osteonecrosis along the way. The pain is especially horrendous at night, whilst trying to sleep.

Control and Treatment of SIBO and IBS
The first line of attack in this case is
ibuprofen
which is far more effective than paracetamol for bowel pain, and I find that 200 mg alone is enough. Second, a couple of Buscopan will stop the cramps.

Nausea
I'm on tramadol for pain, I'm having to take paracetamol and
ibuprofen
daily to manage headaches. I am really struggling to eat as I'm not hungry but when I do eat I feel sick, I'm managing 2 small meals a day. But only because I know I have to eat.

Should I be concerned?
Treated myself with
Ibuprofen
which helped slightly. My Primary diagnosed it and started me immediately on Prednisone 20 mgm for one month. Resolved pain totally within 48 hrs. Sed rate was 29 . I’m now on 15 mgm and doing ok but started with pulsatile tinnitus 3 days ago. Should I be concerned?

Hello and update
I am literally going through packets of
Ibuprofen
to get through each day. (Avoiding Prednisone). Hopefully new level of biologics turn up soon. Overall trying to remain hopeful as we must with RA. Wishing you all well this bank holiday and beyond. As always remain hopeful and stay strong. 🤗

Diet suggestion
I am on blood thinners which means I can't take
ibuprofen
any more during my flare ups. On top of that, while I was cut open they saw that I had fatty liver disease also attributed to the autoimmune disease.

PMR pain and Pain from damaged lumbar spine
GP last Friday said take
Ibuprofen
, 400mg tabs three times, a day plus co-codamol 30/500, two tablets up to three times a day. Also diazepam 2mg three times a, day, Plus I'm on pregabalin 50mg a day. None of this is making much difference to the pain.

The dentist has given me
ibuprofen
to take when the anaesthetic wears off but I’ve a feeling that I’ve read somewhere that with PA (or autoimmune gastritis) I should avoid
ibuprofen
. However, I could have imagined this! Does anyone have any knowledge about it?

Use of Ibuprofen gel
Does anyone know if it is ok to use an
ibuprofen
gel? I have a knee problem and have been to see a physiotherapist. She has given me some exercises and suggested to use some
ibuprofen
gel to rub in the area of the pain.

Back Pain, Kidney pain - Long term using Duloxetine
I supplement this medication with Zapain (Co-Codamol) and
Ibuprofen
. Does anyone have any advice, as the last time I had an episode like this the emergency doctor just issued me with an increased dose of Duloxetine which has the consequence of wiping me out for several days. Jeff (aged 57)

Is it a fungal infection? I'm new here
You just need to take
ibuprofen
for 10 days and give it time to heal" Im sorry but I walkout on him. I have figured the tongue, throat, ear thing are all related. This ENT of course want to do a hearing test. Well, I have a hearing aid for one ear.
