I got my tattoos and . . . unfortunate news
I had finished the last of the second month of celecoxib that PA had prescribed and was about a week into being off of it when it seemed that the osteitis pubis symptoms were reappearing and 800mg
ibuprofen
three times per day wasn't handling it.

Headaches are such a......pain.
Yes, Tylenol or
ibuprofen
make them settle down. So, is this flare or withdrawal? That's always the million dollar question. I'd love to get prednisone down to lie levels. Love to get rid of moon face,, thirty pounds, and In general, have my life back. You know the drill.

Rebound headaches
My mum has bad arthritis and takes
ibuprofen
3 times every day (under the care of her GP). How is it that painkillers can cause rebound headaches, yet with other conditions it doesn't make the pain worse?

Any tips for sore knees?
Iβm currently using
ibuprofen
gel which helps. Just about to start week four and a little bit concerned about how Iβll cope with the extended periods of running.

NSAID warning if TTC
This includes Naproxen (which I was prescribed for my endo pain) and potentially also standard
ibuprofen
although not specifically included in the studies I've read. Apparently there is no lasting issue so if you stop using NSAIDs your ovulation will likely return within one cycle.

Could it be pred withdrawel
down to 0.5mg using dead slow method after 4 years and two flares, arms achy and heavy and all over pain in bed in the morning, would normally up the pred but have found that 2 tablets of
ibuprofen
at night mean no pain at all in the morning or for rest of day which would suggest to me not a pmr flare

Pericarditism how long does it last?
I'm now 3 months into pericardis and am taking the usual colchicine,
ibuprofen
and omeprazole combination. Although I am undoubtedly better than at the start I have many days when the pain returns, often like a breathtaking electric shock.

They gave me panadol as they sent me home in a taxi Anyway,
ibuprofen
is more effective but you can't take them on an empty stomach! Help!!?

Advice needed
And are you really not allowed
ibuprofen
? I know no one is medically trained but people on here would certainly know more than the gp I saw this morning.

Multiple auto-immune problems and do I have Hashimotos (or not)?
I take no medication at all, except
ibuprofen
for the occasional RA flair-up (mostly stress related). Is there any way of determining if I am categorically sub-clinical Hashimotos or sub-clinical?

Yey good newsπ
I am unable to completely rest so have been walking around the house doing bits than having a break, taking regular
ibuprofen
, elevating my legs and ice. So although I am having to postpone my w6r1 probably another day until stiffness and swelling has gone completely.

Ouch!!
Iβve put some
ibuprofen
gel on and an ice pack but itβs very stiff even walking. I know the fix is rest but if any one has any other suggestions to help they will be gladly received.

Leg ulcer misery
so I am left with Zapain (co-codemol) and
ibuprofen
. These are not really sufficient to quell the pain. The ulcer is superficial, affecting only the top skin layers, but I have been told that these cause more pain than deeper ulcers due to the location of nerve endings near the surface.

Upcoming Colonoscopy
I was maxed out on paracetamol and
Ibuprofen
. I'm talking about pain in my back passage BTW. I'm now getting so so worried I'll be the same. It wasn't painful straight away, I was fine in the hospital. It was only on returning home it gradually got worse over a few hours.

Paracetamol and
ibuprofen
doesn't touch the pain and I spend at least three days of my period bed bound. Last year I was diagnosed witho PCOS and I've had trouble conceiving a baby. I've had two misscariages and and ectopic pregnancy in the space of 7 months.

Anemia and Undiagnosed RLS
I tried taking
ibuprofen
to help with the pains, but it seems to have no affect. I read a useful Harvard article that said patients can be prescribed with something else along with iron to manage the pain and RLS symptoms durring the four weeks, but I unfortunately was not provided with this.

24 hour post RF ablation
All is to be expected and can be treated simply with Tylenol or
Ibuprofen
. Doc said the chest and throat soreness is due to the RF heat that can radiate into nearby tissue. The incision site is really not bad at all after 6-8 hours.
