Ibrutinib and blood pressure
Is there any correlation with
Ibrutinib
use and elevated blood pressure? Input is much appreciated.

ibrutinib and increased WBC
On
ibrutinib
for 5 months with great results until last blood work. WBC stopped going down and in fact went up slightly. Any one have this happen? What is the significance, if any?

Update for UK FLAIR CLL Study Participants who have come to the end of 6 years of Ibrutininb treatment.
These patients coming from FLAIR who have been taking

for 6 years will have the option of any of the following:
1) Enter STATIC
and be randomised to continuous
ibrutinib
or intermittent
ibrutinib
(note this is not stopping
ibrutinib
permanently but pausing
ibrutinib
- patients will re-start

BRUIN Study: phase 1/2 study of Pirtobrutinib (formerly Loxo 305) in relapsed or refractory B-cell malignancies
This is an important new BTKi for those that have developed resistance to
Ibrutinib
, particularly those with the BTK C481 mutation and offers a potential alternative to Venetoclax as a next treatment. The trial is ongoing and we look forward to seeing more data in the future.

CLL Specialist in Ontario + other questions
He is suggesting
Ibrutinib
- as a first line if her private insurance covers it. Technically she is still under a group plan and will be covered but given it's a ongoing treatment, we are nervous about what will happen when she no longer has group benefits. He also suggested chemo (no combo).

Arthritic pain
My oncologist said to not take the Imbruvica (
Ibrutinib
) for a week (until April 13). Do not know if related to COVID vaccination, to Imbruvica, or just a happening not related to the vaccination and medication. Anyone have any similar experience? Thanks!

Richter's Transformation
So far in remission with DLBCL, and back on
Ibrutinib
to deal with the CLL which was still in the background, and hope to move forward with SCT. I hope this helps a little. Please feel to reach out if I can try and answer any questions you have. Best of luck to your father.

My "N of 1" trial with Ibrutinib + Idelalisib + Venetoclax that lead to remission of Richter's in three weeks.
We have lowered the dosage of
Ibrutinib
and Venetoclax to try to help lower the toxicity. I started with 2x150mg Idelalisib + 280mg
Ibrutinib
+ 200mg Venetoclax.

Hemoglobin
Dx in 2013 and have been treated with
Ibrutinib
then Venetoclax. Overall I have done well but over the last year my Hg has begun a slow trend of decrease, now in 11s. I realize that is not at all dangerous but I do get winded with any vigorous activity or when I travel to the mountains.

Sinopharm or AstraZeneca?
As I am on
Ibrutinib
for 6 months now for CLL. As I don't want to go for mRNA based vaccines.

Acalabrutinib exhibits comparable efficacy, superior safety to ibrutinib for CLL (finally!)
The trial also met a key secondary endpoint for safety, showing patients treated with Calquence had statistically significantly lower incidence of atrial fibrillation compared to patients treated with
ibrutinib

Ibrutinib – Results after 10 Months
Hi All I just wanted to provide a brief update on my results on
Ibrutinib
after 10 months of treatment for those starting
Ibrutinib
. I’m 61, living in Canada and my markers are 11q and 13q deletions and unmutated LgHV. To summarize,
Ibrutinib
continues to be working really well for me so far.
