Meds for Gastritis from IBrance?
The prescribing info for
iBrance
states that strong CYP3A inducers can reduce the serum concentrations of
iBrance
by over 80%. This can imply that even low doses of phenobarbital can potentially diminish the effectiveness of
iBrance
, but it’s unclear to what degree.

My cancer markers have been slowly rising for the last 3 months, but this lab showed they've doubled. My wbc counts and neuts are 2 and.8
I've been on faslodex, xgeva, and
ibrance
since November of 2019. Counts were ok until April when my cancer markers started slowly rising. I had a UTI, so oncologist was not too worried. This lab showed that my cancer markers are at 134, nearly doubled. And my WBC count is at 2. Neuts at .8.

Good news
Treatment is working-
ibrance
/faslodex/cygeva. No new Mets- no progression. Decreased activity in most tumors and many are forming sclerotic tissue (healing?!). He can’t explain pain in my ribs where there are 2 but they are stable. Okay.

Ibrance and joint pain
In response to the woman with joint pain...I have been on
Ibrance
125 mg and Letrazole 2.5 in my 10th cycle. My knees and hips are very achy all the time. The best treatment has been deep stretching and doing the 7 minute workout. Walking on soft ground, like a hiking trail is good too.

Thinning hair
I've read where many of you on
Ibrance
have thinning hair. I'm in my third round, now at 100 mg, dropped from 125. Also combined with Arimidex. I seem to be tolerating it well. My hair hasn't changed, but my question, is it inevitable that it will thin? Is the medication cumulative?

Ibrance
whilst I have the treatment..it involves 5 fractions on alternate days and is done in Oxford (I’m in UK) so I’ll have to stay there for 10 days or so Obviously I’ll have horrid side effects but will

Verzenio
I am currently on
Ibrance
/Letrazole and now have an increase in size of two liver lesions found on CT. Pleural effusion now small compared to large and no lymph node involvement seen. I had a steady decrease in tumor markers since last Octorber (188-28) but had a 20 point bump last week.

Double dose.
I think I may have had my letrazole and
ibrance
last night and again this morning, by mistake. I’m not going to take it again tonight. Anyone else ever don’t this? Will it be okay?

Hair loss
Hi I’m new to the site just diagnosed with MBC, I have been given Letrazole and once back off a girls holiday will be put on
Ibrance
. On reading your site this concoction seems to thin hair, is there anyway to lessen the effect?

According to a Briova Pharmacist, Sodium Phosphate IS allowed while taking Ibrance!
if you look on drugs.com, it will tell you that sodium phosphate has MODERATE interaction with
Ibrance
and not allowed. I called Briova Specialty Pharmacy today and they told me it was okay. The pharmacist just stressed NO st. john's wort or grapefruit!

Good scan news today ;-) 15 months in.
Not the words I would use haha but all is good on this rollercoaster 🎢 for now anyway. 4 months to next scan now. 15 months into this journey she’s on letrazol and
ibrance
/palbociclib and desumnabab (excuse spelling) monthly to help the numerous bone mets. My Mum Never had an initial diagnosis.
