knee Replacement
Has anyone with MBC gone off their chemo drug ( for me
Ibrance
) for a month for reasons to strengthen their immune system to prep for surgery? I desperately need knee replacement. My oncologist just completed a body and chest scans and I remain stable as I have for 2 years.

Medicare
I finally can retire in June this year and after diligent research with a part D plan I was very disappointed to see that
Ibrance
has a 600 copay a month. How can this be possible?? I’m told by others and read it’s 100 percent covered but now I’m told not true.

Ibrance and Letrozole -= hair change/loss
I have been on the above for nearly 24 months and they appear to be doing what they' re meant to do - thank goodness. After being on them for 14 months I started to loose a lot of my hair, mainly from the front. I could feel my hair follicles being very tender to touch. My hair has now started to

Starting Xeloda
For the past several years I was considered "Advanced Local Recurrence" with lesions on my chest wall, I also took
Ibrance
which is one reason I was on this site. Now I have mets to the bone. A lesion in the scull bone right on top of my head, and a rib and the clavicle.

I have previously been on:
Ibrance
/Letrozole (1 yr), Faslodex (2 months), Xeloda (1 year), Taxol (1yr), and Carbo ( 8 weeks). I am grateful that we have so many options and I honestly never "felt" the cancer until now, so it is scary . Appreciate all of you. Allison

question about being NED
He was started on
Ibrance
, letrozole, monthly lupron shots, and xjeva for bone Mets. his PET scan last September showed NED and then his PET scan in January also showed NED. Next scan is probably in June or July. His tumor markers hover at about 20-25 range.

Coming off Ibrance and fulvestrant. Not feeling great.
So I am changing meds since I had a progression while on
Ibrance
and Fulvestrant. I am currently on a med break. I guess to get everything out of my system. It’s been a week since last dose of
ibrance
and a month since my last shot of Fulvestrant.

New bone met
I have a consult with radiation oncologist on Wednesday and wanted to ask if any of you have had very targeted radiation therapy to one small new spot on bone when your systemic treatment (
Ibrance
and Letrozole) is still working on other mets. I saw there is SBRT and IMRT.

My dr was one of the clinicians for the clinical trials of
Ibrance
when he was a breast cancer dr ( he switched Gyn cancers when came to the place where I get my care). So I was one of the very few endometrial cancer patients to receive it in the USA.

Strange Symptoms
I am on Letrozole 25 mg and
Ibrance
75 mg. Last summer I developed a feeling of pins and needles all over my body when I went outside in the heat. As a result, I am petrified of the summer in Texas. Has anyone experienced this?
