Possible Endo without too much pain?
I’ve since seen a really great private consultant who wants me to have a
hysteroscopy
and laparoscopy at the same time, and he seems pretty certain he’ll find Endometriosis.

Masses detected on both ovaries, CA 125=34. Pain, bloating, and bowel issues. Want me to wait for CT scan and hysteroscopy in one month.
I am an American/British 53 y/o woman living in UK, and waited three weeks to hear my case needs to go to a doctor MDT panel for directions to understand if just monitor, or need to get biopsies, etc. I have worked in healthcare in both countries, and understand NHS pressures. I feel I know my body

Laparoscopy and AMH reduction
Hello I'm currently on a waiting list for an laparosocopy and
hysteroscopy
but wanted some advice. I have an AMH of 2.1pmol/l (very low) and I heard that a laparoscopy can reduce the AMH even further.

***Sensitive** Natural pregnancy after 4 IVF failures
After all this my clinic then advised a Laparoscopy and
Hysteroscopy
- had this in September, was told I had a small amount of ENDO removed (no idea where this was located) and one blocked tube they couldn't unblocked and 2 fibroids. I am yet to get the results of the lining biopsy.

Diagnosed with Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding
I am looking for any advice or if anyone has had a similar experience - I started bleeding heavily May 2021 after 20 years of no issues on the mini Pill (Desogestrel) I had a transvaginal scan (Sept 2021) and a
hysteroscopy
(Jan 2022) as a polyp was suspected, but nothing was found.

Immunology and hysteroscopy biopsy
I am also given a
hysteroscopy
to check my lining and take a biopsy for any indication of inflammatory on the surface. I am on the waiting list for 8 weeks... this is done on the NHS hence the long wait.

EMMA test results - does treatment work?
ERA was all fine, as was a
hysteroscopy
- so nothing wrong with structure or timings which is good. My NK cell results seem pretty marginal, but we're looking at immune treatment. The thing I'm most worried about is the Emma test, where I had 0% lactobacillus.

Hysteroscopy for suspected polyps
I have now got a letter for a
hysteroscopy
on 18th August, and to say I am scared is an understatement. I suffer with pelvic pain, and I am worried that this procedure will be painful and/or make my pain worse.

About to start 3rd embryo transfer with steroids
If this cycle doesn't work we will probably do another egg collection and then also a
hysteroscopy
, uterine biopsy, EMMA / ALICE / ERA tests.

Age 43, AMH and AFC ok. High or Low dose stimulation? Hysteroscopy? Additional tests?
They say I have polystic type ovaries (not the syndrome) They are also saying I need a
hysteroscopy
. I've had no polyps or anything on my scans and no other clinic have suggested it is repeated, so I'm not sure it is worth it? It costs the same as in the UK.
