Next round with Clexane
Hello my lovely people, I have taken a break here for a few months when waiting for my
hysteroscopy
result of RIF. I am still reading your posts but have not been active at all. I’m resetting my mind and my body to be back in January for our 3rd round with the NHS.

Has anyone had PIMSI as part of their treatment?
We threw the kitchen sink at the transfer (IMSI, ERA, Alice, Emma,
Hysteroscopy
, probiotics, intralipids and HSG flush). The consultant has recommended trying PIMSI for the next round. Does anyone have any experience with it? Thanks!x

Has anyone done a
hysteroscopy
with normal previous imaging (mri) and found something that was corrected with a positive result after?

Should I have a hysterectomy?
My consultant did a
hysteroscopy
and removed the polyp. Thankfully I had a biopsy that showed no signs of cancer. As I had had prior bad reactions to Mirena/Jaydess, he tried endometrial ablation but said the op was unsuccessful as the tissue was too deep and spongy to remove totally.

Outcome of follow up
They really can't give us a reason for this post transfer pain and don't think any other testing would give us any answers (I forgot to ask about
Hysteroscopy
) - they would have really hoped/were expecting better success than this.

Progesterone test?
They did mention about doing a
hysteroscopy
or maybe a scratch, which she's asking the consultant about but she did say that was often for people with bad lining (which isn't my problem) - did anyone have either of these done and found it helped with recurrant miscarriage?

Could there be another reason for this appointment?
I was scheduled for a second
hysteroscopy
to remove the polyp and fit a coil. When I went for my preop assessment I was handed a form to take to my GP to arrange a second CA125 test for after the second
hysteroscopy
. I asked what the CA125 result was and the nurse couldn't tell me.

The one positive thing is that I can skip waiting times and get a
hysteroscopy
next month. The consultant hurried to inform me that with the
hysteroscopy
their job is done as they cant offer me any other investigation.

Degesterol and implant
Hi everyone, I'm currently undergoing investigations for endometriosis, and have a
hysteroscopy
booked for March next year. In the meantime, gynecologist has advised GP to put me on x2 degesterol tablets, on top of implant I already have in arm.

anything different to do after another failed fet?
I’ve had a
hysteroscopy
and all was normal. I’m 40 but actually using my eggs I froze when I was 35 and it was a euploid embryo transferred. All embryos transferred were good quality 5 day blastos.

Possible unilateral endometrioma question
All was clear with HSG,
hysteroscopy
where a small polyp was removed. The only thing they found was a 2cm cyst on my right ovary that was sugestive of endometrioma. Fast forward to March I found I was pregnant but sadly miscarried at 8 weeks.

Is ERA needed?
In our area waiting times for a
hysteroscopy
with a GP referral is 60 weeks 🤣🤣🤣 maybe if the referral is from the consultant would take shorter. If not I'll go to Bulgaria to visit my family and will get it done there. I did wonder something.

Failure of a PGS Tested Embryo, why??
We have had IMSI, a
hysteroscopy
(where they found I had an infection), the ERA, PGS testing, Intralipids and the HSG flush. We had one normal chromosome day 6 embryo transferred and found out this morning it didn’t work. Honestly I was shocked after everything we did that it failed.

Laparoscopy oophorectomy
Unfortunately surgeon could not fit mirena coil as my womb is heart shaped and pretty much split into 2 cavities so I will be on mini pill till menopause to help prevent growths in womb, I've had 2 removed via
hysteroscopy
in 2 years after body rejected Coil last time.

Suspected B12 deficiency and about to start SI
This was finally investigated in Sept 2020, when I had a gastroscopy and colonoscopy, followed by the removal of a uterine polyp by
hysteroscopy
. Since then my bloods have improved slightly but are still on the low end of ranges and no further action has been taken, despite my symptoms.

My dr has recommended another laparoscopy &
hysteroscopy
as my last one was in 2017 but this isn’t an option as it would be done privately at a coat of over £9,500.

Hysteroscopy standard during Lap?
I've read many people talk about having a lap AND
hysteroscopy
to check their fallopian tubes. Is this done as standard? I had assumed it was but now I'm worrying it might not be and will be another procedure done separately in future!
