Buserelin Spray leak
Hi, This is a completely random question but does anyone know if you can absorb Buserelin spray through your skin? Reason I am asking is that I had my full bottle of spray in my pocket whilst at work and it has managed to unscrew it’s self and leak. I have about 1/4 left of a full bottle before I

POST 4: WHY IS EVERYBODY LOOKING AT ME?!?
Hello everyone! I hope all is well and you’re all doing good. As for me, I’m not doing so well. Earlier today, I went out to run some errands and then I stopped in to McDonald’s to get a quick lunch. After I ordered my food, I saw an old couple. They were eating and then I felt the guy looking at me

Hello there this is my first post I have struggled with my mental health for as long as I can remember - around 10 years. Meds don’t work for me...
Well, the day of my monthly appointment with my Psychiatrist is here. I wrote a couple of questions for him so I won’t forget. The issue with this Dr is that he’s always in a rush... hello, Prescrption, goodbye. For goodness sake... stop and look at me and ask me how I’ve been... smile and make me feel

I Almost Feel Guilty...
I’ve only been in this community for less than a week, and I almost feel guilty in saying how happy I feel. I’ve made some virtual acquaintances and I think I’ve also made a friend. How wonderful is that? I know this is a place where people come to post some of their darkest secrets and fears, and

I am having really hard time concentrating, paying attention to details like books, movies, listening to what people say, etc. I am always in a state of brain fog and feel like my mind is closed from outside or trapped in a dense fog, so nothing seems clear outside. Anyone facing the same issues? Are

World mental health day
I wanted to say something about world mental health day. Sometimes when you have a mental health condition every day can feel like world mental health day as your focus is on getting through the day and then giving yourself a huge pat on the back that you survived another day. As someone who’s recovered

Dealing with depression and anxiety
Hi, I'm Toby. I'm from an African country, so dealing with depression is hard. Here, you don't really have anyone to speak to about it. Depression is only dealt with prayer. My folks are so religious and it's hard to tell anyone that you're depressed. The next thing you get when you mention you're depressed

Need advice on medication treatment
Hi everyone! I had PPP in February of this year with no previous history of mental illness. It has been eight months and I was finally diagnosed with bipolar 1 due to my manic episode with PPP followed by months of anxiety and depression. Initially I was on zyprexa to treat the psychosis which worked

It seems to me that we have many talented individuals on this forum n I believe that art in any way shape or form is a wonderful way of expressing ourselves..be it arts, crafts, music etc..whatever the medium I strongly believe that it helps us to get through the autoimmune stuff that we all have to deal

Those who have overcome depression/anxiety.
I started experiencing severe anxiety after having back to back panic attacks (first time ever for me) that landed me a trip in the ER. Since then I’ve become more and more anxious and lately have started getting deeply depressed. I started seeing a therapist which is helping, but I don’t think I’m getting
