I'm stuck
Hi everyone I'm going to uni in September and I have severe OCD I have tried
hypnotherapy
and many types of CBT but nothing has worked and I can't do anything normally. I was told there is nothing else but I can't cope with this for the rest of my life. Does anyone know if there's anything else?

getting ready for the drop in temperature!!
I'm sure many of you would agree that cp and the cold don't mix. Every year I moan and groan (and that's just my muscles and joints) about the cold, damp (or even worse) snowy weather, wishing I could either hibernate or emigrate. As that is not a possibility I thought that this year I'd get preapre

Really anxious and panicky about starting new job tomorrow
I've been having
hypnotherapy
since I left my job and it is really helping but it feels like I'm completely overwhelmed with anxiety and feeling panicky worrying about tomorrow.

August's Blog Post - Smartphone apps to help manage aspects of your lupus
The latest figures show that around 7 in 10 people in the UK own a smartphone. There are billions of apps available to download, which have an almost endless range of uses. With help from people on the LUPUS UK Facebook page and our HealthUnlocked community, I've pulled together a short list of some

Hi there are there any fibro peeps who have hypermobility syndrome as well as fibro?
My pain consultant mentioned that this was a rare pairing for fibro so I'm curious to find someone else like me. I would like to know how you cope and manage to balance the two together. I've struggled for years with various health problems whilst managing the pain that goes with it alongside the dislocations

had my second hypnotherapy session today
So today saw my second (and likely to be final) session with
hypnotherapy
. I'm not sure if it was as immediately effective as it was last time, but there was still an effect because even with acid shooting up into my throat I managed to do a bit of shopping afterwards.

Yet another flare
This one started just over a week ago with a load of mouth ulcers, then last Monday after hydrotherapy my good leg was really weak, By Tuesday I felt weak all over & come Wednesday morning the pain and overwhelming exhaustion had me in tears. I went to the drs on Thursday and he's increased my Zomorph

my first hypnotherapy session
Well it is too early to say if
hypnotherapy
will have a long-term improvement but it certainly got me buzzing around - I went to sainsburys alone and in argos, boots (shock horror on the first floor) and tesco with the OH and toddler and was fine - hope that continues :) I've booked a concert in December
