OAB/Anxiety/Pumpkin extract
Hi there, been really struggling with intense anxiety because of symptoms of OAB for well over a year, and have had to have CBT/increase in antidepressants and an extra antidepressant/
hypnotherapy
as I'm so incredibly anxious about wetting myself.

Has anyone had any success with hypnosis to calm tremor and anxiety? Did a search on HU and didn't find much here except a good vide of David Spiegel. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W21UjAUtFVA&t=3347s

Cannabis to aid sleep
I struggle to get to sleep at night. Not sure if its connected to my HF / HCM but I am always knackered. I have tried a good stiff malt, boring books and even self hypnosis but nothing has worked so far. Would [Removed] CBD Gummy Bears be a solution? [Removed] What do you think?

Getting to the root of my anxiety
I am 57 and I was considered in menopause at 52 years old, however I went through perimenopause for approximately 5-7 years prior. I am in therapy, but it does not seem to be helping. Unfortunately I cannot take any Hormone Replacement Therapy because I had one positive result for a gene that increases

getting to the root of anxiety
Can anyone help in trying to figure out the root cause of my anxiety. I did not have childhood trauma., but have dealt with anxiety/ health anxiety off and on for years. It has became really bad over the past year. Also, has anyone tried hypnosis?

anxiety
Hi everyone, hope you all had a good Christmas. I have been a member of this group for a few years but don’t very often post. I feel I should apologise for being a “bad penny” only turning up when I need to. My anxiety is currently off the scale, I can usually put it all into perspective but the darn

How to recover from anxiety
I tried
hypnotherapy
, I tried meditation, I tried listening to soothing music, waves gently lapping the shores of a golden sun kissed sandy beach. I bought a bicycle and rode a stupid amount of miles every week. I swam huge distances.

Clinical trial - Recorded hypnosis or relaxation reduced cancer pain and anxiety. Hypnosis also improved fatigue and sleep.

The disease is in thought, environment, perception and inherited information. Then it goes into our body chemistry.
I had a fabulous summer. Living in a natural paradise, having a vegetable garden, bathing in the river, meditation, Chikung, electric bike rides in the mountains, fresh air and springs, redox molecule supplements, electro-stimulation with micro-currents, etc. have all made my Parkinson's "even better

Achilles tendonitis and damage due to antibiotic side effect - odd icy sensation?
I have had RA for nearly 10 years, currently on Benepali and Metotrexate injections. Rheumatoid factor 74 and Anti-cpp 600 in 2014 and generally do not score above normal for blood CRP tests (interesting anomaly) even when ultrasound in clinic reviews shows inflammation. As well as small joint hand

Colon hydrotherapy
I have suffered with IBS since 26 years. I’ve tried different diets and different medications but nothing has helped long term. I recently had a flare that caused severe pain around my lower bowl and right hand side, I was sent away from my GP with advice to take fybogel.. To manage my chronic constipation

IBS - D Toilet Anxiety
I have tried CBT &
hypnotherapy
. I have a good diet & exercise most days . I would love to find a “cure” . I take loperamide daily , but I’m not sure if this helps me anymore or even if it’s safe to do so it is prescribed by the GP .

PMR Leading to Fibromyalgia???
I was diagnosed with PMR in Dec 22 and have been on a rollercoaster of Prednisolone doses From 20mg-0mg in the first 6 months, which I feel are part of my problem. Went up to 12.5 after being off completely for 2 weeks in May for a PET Scan, and have been Tapering since July, currently on 7mg and on
