Waiting...
I just had a meeting with HR due to my level of anxiety the last couple of weeks. I was going through an extremely situation related to my family. I nearly had a breakdown and I should have asked for some time off looking back, but I literally had no support from family and I did not reach out to many

Living with bowel endo!
I just wanted to find out how others deal with the day to day management of bowel endo. I have stage 4 endo which affects my sigmoid colon. I have had a sigmoidoscopy and biopsy done which confirm this (and thankfully rules out any other causes) and two laparoscopies one in 2014 and one in October this

GPs refusing steroid injections
Hi, my husband has had RA for around 10 years. After a few years of severe symptoms, it's now generally under control with Sulfasalazine, with occassional flare ups every year/two years. His rheumatologist is in London where we used to live, 2 hours away. The care is excellent and he's happy to travel

Hypnotherapy
Has anyone tried hypnotherapy or
homeopathy
for RLS. I did years ago but with no effect. I also read that antihistamine makes it worse. I do take one for itchy skin. GP advised me to buy an over counter sleeping pill and that contains antihistamine.

I am wondering, do you take anything natural or use any sort of
homeopathy
for your symptoms of kidney disease/ failure? For example, I use baking soda to help keep my sodium bicarbonate levels normal.

Anyone noticed a link between having a virus and getting a migraine? Also, do you haven any advice for acute management of migraine please?
, propanolol, Bowen therapy,
homeopathy
, and now extensive acupuncture (which I love, but it does not help prevent the headaches). My GP has no more ideas. The most she can come up with is referring me to the London Migraine Clinic.

Medication???
I think after 5 months of talk therapy and a bunch of natural homeopathic remedies, I'm throwing in the towel. I was really hoping these things would work and I wouldn't need a prescription, but it hasn't worked. I have generalized anxiety, OCD and occasional panic attacks. What are good SSRI's for these

My journey on FLAIR (Ibrutinib & Rituximab)
My journey (so far…) I am a 65 year old man living in the UK and currently on the FLAIR trial (Rituximab / Ibrutinib). Two years ago, my then partner, who was a homeopath suggested that I had my lymph nodes checked as they had been swollen for some time. I thank her for that. After numerous procedures

Homeopathy
Does anyone have any experiences with
homeopathy
? My 7 year old boy has adhd and anxiety. We've tried two different nonstimulants with no changes observed, and I'm not sure I'm ready to try a stimulant yet, given what I've heard about side effects.
