Hi all, Looking for some advise or general info from your experience please. I have APS (Hughes Syndrome), and we are trying for a family, therefore my consultant has switched my meds from warfarin to Tinzaparin and Asprin daily. I want to take a pregnancy multivitamin but my pharmacist said to avoid

Care for Tinnitus
When I first got tinnitus with severe hyperacusis twenty one years ago I was in quite a state for a considerable length of time. Many people reading this post will be able to relate to this having been in a similar position with their tinnitus at one time or another. My appointment to be seen at ENT

Update
Long story short I need
heparin
in order to conceive successfully- in fact once
heparin
was taken I fell pregnant straight away on both occasions without complication. Now I know from my own experience this is an emerging field of medicine.

Hi everyone, newbie here in need of advice!
Many years ago I had a dvt and was given
heparin
, then warfarin. I think I handled that better! Even the calciparine injections when I was pregnant were better! Any advice please? Thanks, have a nice day everyone!

One sided pulsatile tinnitus: visit to ENT
This may be a double post - thought I'd posted about it yesterday, but it can't find it, so please be gentle with me. I've been aware of rather annoying "whooshing" in my left ear since the beginning of the year. It seems to be in the same rythym as my heart beating, and sounds very like what you hear

Heprin allergy
Hi I am on warfarin & took
heparin
when inr below 2.5. I developed a reaction to
heparin
, hives swollen lips & eyes & itchy mouth & throat. They changed it to fondaparinux injections instead. I am now becoming allergic to these too. Has anybody else experienced this. Getting worried now .

6th time lucky ?! 🍀
I'm on a short protocol with
Heparin
added to helping with my Prothrombin F2 and 5mg of Folic Acid and B6 to help with my MTHFR. We are also going to do ICSI this time and use Embryogen so it's good to add a couple of new things into the mix so we don't feel like we are stuck in Groundhog Day!

Ear Conditions.
Hi everyone, I 'm new to DeafPlus. I was born with poor hearing in my right ear and good hearing in my left ear. By the time I reached mid-teens I was wearing a hearing aid behind the ear with an ear mould, which lasted until my early twenties and after that I gradually lost my hearing completely in

New and a little scar(r)ed - I have APS and I'm going for an IUI in a little over 3 weeks...
He also gave me the green light and said as long as I stay on low molecular weight
heparin
the whole time and only have ONE baby at a time, I should be fine. That complications normally arise AFTER the baby comes and you are no longer naturally immunosuppressed from the pregnancy.

Looking for advice
Hello All, I'm new here, in the process of trying to find some help on hearing aids, I came across this site. I have had hearing aids for about 8 years. First off, I had NHS aids with ear moulds. I don't really remember how much better I could hear, I just know I hated the ear mould that I found very

My AF and my spinal operation.
I did get one
heparin
injection into my abdomen then. My brother has white coat syndrome due to having his bowel punctured during a colonoscopy. His blood pressure soars and he has to have tranquillisers prior to treatments. He suggested that this might be beneficial for me and my surgeon agreed.

Viral Meningitis Headache help please...
I am new to the site. I had viral meningitis about ten weeks ago. Although the lumbar puncture didn't show this definitively, I had all the symptoms regarded as those of VM and spent 6 days in hospital. Now I'm struggling with the headache, neck ache, stiff back, dizziness and general feeling of exhaustion
