Hi again, Other issues need me to take steroids
Hi all apart from my fatty liver issue, I am having issue for more than a month with my ear clogged up. The doctor says my eardrum is puffed out and has some fluid accumulation in the middle ear. He gave me a set of steroids which didn't help and now has given me a higher dosage of steroids. I am afraid

Feel plugged despite hearing test fine
Anyone else feel like their ear is plugged ?? I had a hearing test and the results were pretty much all in normal range BUT i still feel like there's a little something stopping me from getting the clarity to the sound i have previously been used to. I'm confused about this as how did my hearing test

Slight layer earwax - is this a problem?
Hi - first time posting here.... the last T spike (almost 3 weeks ago) resulted in me feeling like i can't quite hear properly in my affected ear (I am totally deaf on one side so only have one useful ear). I had a hearing test after 14 days and although my T has resettled and the hearing test showed

Scary Update on a thread of mine
I am now on
Heparin
injections into the stomach. I saw a specialist today, who wanted to put me on Rivaroxban, which I declined after reading about it on here, and also due to the fact, I am currently treating two stomach ulcers, a new tablet I do not need.

Tinnitus and being headstrong
I have been diagnosed with T since 2009. All I hear constantly is 13mhz in both ears 24/7. It all started from when I was on an airplane and my ears did not pop when landing. I thought nothing of it as I had heard this noise before when leaving night clubs in the past and expected it to just go away

Worse when walking/moving my head
When I walk, move my head or even go over a bump in my car, my t gets louder and feels like something is moving around in my ear. When I swallow my ears crackle and pop. My GP has checked my ears and can’t see anything. She has referred me to ENT, but that’s a 5 month wait 😡 Want to stick with the

Hearing tests on the High Street
I have just had a really awful weekend on an expensive course, not able to hear the instructor and feeling like a bit of an attention seeker. I think that my hearing loss and tinnitus have combined to make a hearing test a bit of an emergency now. What are your experiences of High St hearing tests? I
