FRERs out of stock UK - alternatives?
Maybe this is just the fertility gods trying to stop me testing early but I've always had obvious BFPs from 5dpt (even when they end in losses) and I'd just like something reliable (I'll book
HCG
bloods if I get a BFP).

Surrogate is 9 weeks pregnant but measured 2 days behind at 7 week scan... should I be worried?
Hcg
numbers were great and she has been suffering every day with morning sickness, which obviously I wouldn't wish on anyone but it does give me a little bit of confidence knowing she has quite strong symptoms. We had the scan at 7 weeks exactly and got a strong heartbeat of 146 beats per minute.

Blighted Ovum?
My
HCG
was low on 15dp5dt at 464. But not the worst. 5 days later, it had only risen to 1267 so I had another 48hrs later which was better at 2164. Clinic were cautious after a previous loss so booked me in yesterday for a 6wk scan, exactly 6wks. Just an empty sac on the screen. Heartbroken.

Where Is Data Stored for Wellue's ECG Traces?
I have had a Wellue ECG device for a few days -- the kind that can record heartbeats for up to 24 hours. When I review one of these recordings, I can immediately see the ECG tracings. The file with these tracings can be hundreds of screens long, one screen per minute of recording time. You can advance

Hi, I am a 39yr old male who was diagnosed with Myopericarditis in August of 2023. I first developed symptoms of feeling unwell in February 2023. I had COVID twice in 2022. On march 2023 I developed severe chest pain alongside cold sweating and left arm pain. Blood tests were normal, troponin levels

Depressed and anxious because of Afib
Hello all, I was diagnosed with Afib-RVR. I am from the US, and I was in India, but I fell sick on my way back. I had a fever of 103.5F on the flight and after I reached home. I probably had a fever for 3-4 days. The day when my fever went down, I started feeling a racing heart and breathlessness. I

Help finding cardiologist - Bradycardia - West Herts NHS Trust (Will travel for good private Consultant)
Long story short..finally got GP to look at low bp (been low for 20 years but..) I asked for a different GP after being told time and time again 'some people have low heart rate!!). I've know somethings been wrong over past 18months. Electrocardiogram showed 'slow heart' and bp drop lying to to standing

Interferon: Short of Breath?
According to reported side effects data, about 4 % of people on interferon experience shortness of breath for one reason or another. I have been on interferon (Pegasys) for Jak2 ET since March of 2021. In 2021 I also noted that I was breathing heavily with minor exertion (walking). As I was a smoker

Slow irregular and missed heart beats
My husband has been on Ramipril for 14 years, together with bisoprolol, aspirin, atorvastatin and Famotidine, without any side effects. However, 3 months ago, he started to have episodes of a slow irregular heart beat around 40 - 45 beats a minute with missing beats. The first 2 visits to A&E a week

advice on most recent Thyroid bloods as seeing Endo in 1/10/24
Hi I was getting my thyroid checked as I had a 24 hr ecg and the report suggested it, I think due to palpitations /missed beats. Also seeing Endo 1/10 so she usually asks if I’d get them checked . Here goes TSH 3.80. Range 0.30-4.50 FT4 14.9 “ 11.0-22.0 FT3. 3.5.

24 hour ecg
Just add a 24 hour ecg fitted. They found I have a irregular heat beat on top of my heart disease. As anyone else add this diagnosis if so how do they treat it. My gp are waiting for the cardiologist to get back to them first before any treatment will be issued

DC Cardioversion - Yes or No
For the last 18 months, my AF seems to have got worse, and I have suffered badly with a shortage of breath. I have had 2 lung function tests and 2 consultations with a Respiratory Consultant who has told me that my lungs are “normal”. I am on a very long list to see an NHS Cardiologist, and therefore

There is hope
Hi all - I wanted to update everyone on a positive experience and to hopefully debunk some of the myths. For context I live in the Republic of Ireland and also have private medical insurance (this is very common in Ireland). 55, male and generally fit. I was having episodes of waking up, bolt upright

Heart block first degree.
Hello everyone. I had a few weeks ago ECG which showed that I have 1st degree heart block. Also, last year I was diagnosed with mild heart disease. My question is shall I make an appointment with cardiologist because of the heart block?
