I was thinking of starting
Hawthorn
supplement first and was wondering which
Hawthorn

It's fine... I ran today.
The
Hawthorn
, literally dripping with the thick, clotted-cream May, and the early morning air, heavy, with the sweetness of cow-parsley. As I ran I followed the instructions, heels roundly, lifting, and the steady powering of my arms and the driving of my knees.

Life can still be good
Seen the most odd things like a rose in bloom in my neighbour's garden, rape in flower and
hawthorn
coming into life already and loads of cherry trees in blossom.

Days drawing out
I say joyful as they seem to be such a happy flower open and uncomplicated .
Hawthorn
hedges are tinged with green as the fresh buds of tiny leaves form . As children we used to nip them off and nibble them .And everywhere there is a sense of new beginnings .

I don't know where I'm going...
Blue sky, wispy clouds, mouse-ear leaves on the
hawthorn
and birds flittering and fluttering. A good day to be out, and running.

If we did all the things we are capable of...
Three blackbirds, one grass bouncing, trying to catch the early worm, the sparrows in the hedge of the big houses...spikkereing and spakkereing in and out of the
hawthorn
and along the edge of the lawns, and two magpies, shooting like black, iridescent arrows from the Silver Birch across to the branches

It was different....but terrific fun!
My three crows from the other day have multiplied to five... my magpie companions have dwindled to one pair, but a blackbird, with his, oh so familiar, fluted and mellow song, high above me on the top of a
hawthorn
tree... jet black plumage, bright eyed and polished yellow beak!

And
hawthorn
berry, and now I decided it's best I don't drink coffee instead I drink matcha green tea, matcha is important because they use the whole leaf and grind it up. I have no doubt this is amazing fr you! Ordered some omega 3 comes tomorrow.

Running for joy...
The trees are nearly all bare now, the last of any Autumn leaves stripped off by the wind and rain at the weekend.. twigs and the weathered branches stretch out across the lane.. the
hawthorn
hedges, intermingled with holly and rose hip... the glossy green leaves of the holly bejewelled with bright red

Your Experiences of Combating High BP
Have just started taking olive leaf extract,
hawthorn
and CoQ10. Have been monitoring my BP for the last 3 months, and found it to be around 77-87 / 155-165. My heart rate is usually in the 44-50 range - not sure if it’s a good or bad thing, .

Comments on updated results and progress please
I’ve ordered some
Hawthorn
extract and CQ10 to see if might help with the blood pressure. Some info about my previous history which I should put in my profile; about 20 years ago I was diagnosed with sero-negative arthritis which after years of being very active went into remission.

Excercise and AF
What I do take is
Hawthorn
Berry herbal supplement and I would say that circumstantial evidence suggests that this is helping reduce the number of PAF episodes that I experience. Yesterday lunch time AF tripped in for no apparent reason.
