Food/drink helping asthma?
My GP told me to avoid cooking with chilli/spices/
garlic
and other strongly scented or flavoured foods as it will irritate my airways. I adore all of this type of food, and I've never noticed they make a huge difference (apart from when I was using a food processor on 20 red chillis, that hurt).

Quinces and beetroot and pears, oh my!
Garlic
is known for it’s anti-microbial properties, handy for the upcoming cold and flu season. Search the net for a full list of seasonal foods for each month (mumsnet has a decent one) and shop accordingly.

Fancy more GF choice?
So far we've tried their nutty bread, mini baguette roles (made delish
garlic
breads), so good our gluten loving friends couldn't tell they were gluten free (how often can you say that about GF bread huh?!).

Lovely weekend
( before transferring to my slow cooker), jackets and
garlic
bread in oven, My friends were coming for dinner and to decorate the tree and get it down from the loft for me. My female friend had bought brownies for pudding!
