chicken tikka. Salad, small taster of sag aloo .- drink 1 gin and slimline . Plenty of walking, weighing and counting everything that goes in my mouth!!!! Think I'm driving my husband mad!!! Only been on this site 4 days and already loving your support .

Well, actually I had tomato paste, olives,

and olive oil of course so I have made my own, but no more tofu so I’ve been wandering around muttering “Never no more - never again!” I shall buy everything from the original grower, still in it’s natural state in future.

Unsettled stomach for 10 days
I've avoided white bread pretty much completely (slipped up with some amazing

Restless legs and other symptoms
So I've gone to the healthfood shop and stocked up on

capsules and a high probiotic tablet . I'm gonna give this a go. As we all know there's no cure for rls so any things worth a try. Currently prescribed amitriptline for my legs. Will continue to take them .

Lasting relief from the Low Chemical Diet
For three weeks I ate what I liked except I avoided some of the onions and
