Seen a consultant at the hospital today and he is taking me off of the Elipta Trelegy inhaler and replacing it with the

Fostair - So far so good!
Well Peeps, day 3 of the previously dreaded

Extreme cold - face covering/steamed specs, inhalers not working
Really hard to find any mention of this even on Canadian asthma websites but I suspect those things are more temperature sensitive than we're told - even though my

Shielding Clarification
It would be great if they could liaise with the Gov.uk and DoH advice as it seems we are in a state of limbo For info I am on
Fostair
200/6 two puff twice a day and Montelukast. I am almost at the end of a rescue of steroids and antibiotics for the first time after what I believe was a cold.

I wish I could take my entire body to the shop and request a refund!
They preferred for me to increase my high dose steroid inhaler (
Fostair
200/6) and paracetomol (pls excuse the spelling) and as a second line, co-codymol to ease the pain. Not sure what to do. It's annoying because I'm so exhausted.

Brilliant peak flow with shortness of breath
They've changed me to
fostair
and salbutomol inhalers after the antibiotics got rid of the crackling. The weird thing is i have great peak flow (better than ever) but i still have shortness of breath, it feels like something's sat on my chest and feels tight. Has anyone else experienced it?

Scared of taking prednisolone
Also told me to change my inhaler from Qvar to
Fostair
. However I’ve read some reviews and have had friends tell me they felt so bad on prednisolone that it’s made me scared to take them. I have had depression and have anxiety and I really don’t want them to make me feel any worse.

I'm new here...
I use two inhalers,
Fostair
and Aclidlinium powder. I have ME/CFS too, so it's difficult to know whether the increased weakness is solely from the COPD. Has anyone any advice on coping mechanisms please. I am so tired.

Fostair question
Has anyone found that
Fostair
isn't as good as taking Becotide? I've been on
Fostair
since the Summer and feel that I'm having to take my reliever inhaler more often now than I was before. I don't feel ill, just a bit wheezy.

Seeking guidance
I also have asthma, which I control daily with a steroid inhaler (
Fostair
) and an SOS inhaler (Ventolin).

Put me on Clenil first which made me cough badly so they swapped me to a combi one
fostair

Constant shortness of breath with good sats.
My inhalers don’t seem to be helping me, i am on ventolin, spiriva (tiotropium) and
fostair
200/6 along side with prednisolone and carbocisteine 375mg. Could someone please give me any advise as to what this could possibly be as i don’t want to waste time at A&E. Thank you.

Asthma triggered by ibuprofen?
Anyway to get to the point consultant asked me two weeks ago after my appointment to double my
Fostair
to 2 puffs a day even though he didn’t think it would make a difference.
