Tap and bath water filter
say thank you to everyone that has helped me with other questions I have had on here so far, I have got much further in the last few weeks than the last few years :) My question is, can anybody recommend a good filter to filter shower and bath tap water that will remove all of the nasty things plus

Toothpaste & bottled water
Secondly I’m trying to get onto using bottled water only as research shows London has high
fluoride
levels not to mention the 18 other chemicals to clean it with. Any recommendations? Or better yet filters - I hate the waste plastic bottles make.

Prescription fluoride toothpaste - a bad thing?
I’ve just realised the possibility of the high
fluoride
toothpaste causing thyroid problems. My dentist put on Duraphat 500 toothpaste (prescription only) for my Sjögren’s syndrome. Could this be causing my difficulties or at least not helping?!

Against: fluoride, perchlorate, lead, wireless, grains, legumes
I think
fluoride
, perchlorate, lead, arsenic and the fracking chemicals in the water make it unsafe to touch and breath and certainly unsafe to drink, wash vegetables in or bath in. I think the government is filled with lead-poisoned, insane, immoral lunatics who belong in prison or worse.

Sweetness without guilt.
Xylitol is derived from birch trees and is actually good for your teeth; I add it to my
fluoride
free home-made toothpaste. Then there is Stevia, which is best in its pure form (drops). It has been added to commercial sweeteners but I found found those left a nasty after-taste.

Public perception of community water fluoridation in the UK
This survey may well help us as we all know that
fluoride
is not good for the thyroid. It should only take about 10 minutes to complete so do try and make the time.

Fluoridation affects the thyroid gland - true or false.
Is there any current research concerning
fluoride
in foods, tooth paste and pan linings.

it in and up my iodine levels instead (I have read articles by Dr Brownstein who thinks 12.5mg -50mg is what we should be taking as most people are very deficient and and the rda of 150ug is nowhere near enough) I have already made many changes to my lifestyle including eating organic, cutting out

Full of questions?
And one last one, what's your thoughts on
fluoride
treatment from dentist? I was on Synthroid for over 30 years...never really ever felt good...but never knew why? Asked to be put on Armour 6 months ago. Doctor didn't want to but finally did.

TPO Antibody Reduction 🙌🏼😍
Apart from Levothyroxine and most recently T3 treatment included I have only changed 2 other things: - I went Gluten Free (because I was also diagnosed Coeliac) - I cut out
Fluoride
Toothpaste Now I need to move on to eliminating either Sugar, Soy, Dairy or my e-cig!

Low iodine,high flurodie levels
This shows that I have very low iodine levels and high
fluoride
levels and so could explain the difficulty of losing weight. I wanted to check it out with my gp but he says he doesn't know anything about it - I think he doesn't like me going tto see someone else!
