Toothpaste
In case this could help your loved ones, I read an article in a PSP Magazine that using toothpaste with
fluoride
helps as it doesn’t foam as much. I purchased toothpaste for babies and it seems to work.

Fluoride treatment for teeth
My dentist recommends that he uses
fluoride
for one or two nights to help relieve my teeth sensitivity. He says that the process is called flouridization and asks me to take the approval of my oncologist. My tooth pain is getting worse and I don’t get to see my oncologist till after 4 weeks.

Fluoride-free toothpaste
I'm going to change to
fluoride
-free toothpaste. Has anybody been using such toothpaste for a long time without any adverse affects on the health of their teeth? Has anybody tried the Green People's MINTY COOL TOOTHPASTE - https://www.greenpeople.co.uk/minty-cool-toothpaste-ecocert-natural-50ml?

Crumbling teeth
My dentist has just given me a prescription for
fluoride
5000ppm as my teeth are starting to crumble. I assume this is down to my thyroid issues.

Medicare and Bone Scans
BUT my mets are so far confined strictly to bones, so when my bone specific alkaline phosphatase began to rise three months ago, my oncologist wanted me to repeat the sodium
fluoride
(F-18) bone scan I had last 9 months ago.

Is there a fluoride link to endocrine problems?
I lived in an area of Derbyshire which had natural occurring
fluoride
in the water table which the locals called 'goitre water'.

High antibodies/postpartum thyroiditis
I avoid
fluoride
as much as I can (in Ireland they still fluoridate the water), i am mostly gluten free, avoid soya too. So hoping there is something else I can do? 3) my antibodies are high at 958. They have been around a 1000 since my son was born 9 months ago.

Medications that can affect thyroid function
Those are: lithium, amiodarone,
fluoride
, HRT/estrogen, Proton Pump Inhibitors, Interferon, Accutane, Iodine (excess), Botox. I have previously heard that beta-blockers also disrupt thyroid, but that was not mentioned. https://thyroidpharmacist.com/articles/9-medications-toxic-thyroid/

Dental fillings which release fluoride
They want to use a Glass Ionomer filling which contains
fluoride
which will be released on the tooth. I wonder if anyone has thoughts about this? I don't use
fluoride
toothpaste, but I do drink some tea. Our water isn't fluoridated. Not sure if this could be something that lays me low or not!

Autoimmune conditions
I have been GF for over 5 years, avoid soy,
fluoride
, some dairy and a few other things that I was diagnosed as being sensitive to by a Kinesiologist. I have done the AIP diet a couple of times and besides losing weight I can't say I felt any different.

DHEA
I then stupidly used
fluoride
toothpaste for a little while so I’m completely lost as to what is actually causing my flare up. Could it be the DHEA?? Thanks
