Chest pain after viscous bout of Afib?
This attack seemed 'different' to the ones before my last ablation so l opted not to take
Flecainide
as PIP. (I was worried it may do arm than good if it was something different to AF). I called 111 and because of the AF and chest pain they sent an emergency ambulance.

unexpected pain relief
There is research on the net which indicates
Flecainide
as having the ‘potential to regulate inflammatory-immune responses’. i know I have low grade inflammation for over a decade - gp said it was just my ‘base line’ and not to worry about it. Any thoughts?

Going off Eliquis
I check my sinus rhythm every day with my Kardia Mobile device and I am on 100Mg
Flecainide
per day. I am a 72-year-old man and very physically fit. Because of my history with AFIB I am on Eliquis. A three-month refill costs me a $500 copay on my insurance policy.

Flecainide sticking in esophagus
I’ve been on regular
flecainide
and bisoprolol for around three years and until today never really had any issues swallowing my 50mg tablets. However, this morning it seemed to stick in my esophagus at just above the chest area.

Heart rates in Afib and NSR
For the last month I have been on
Flecainide
and Verapamil. There now seems to little difference between Afib and NSR heart rates both being in the 60 to 90range . I thought Afib heart rate is expected to be higher as the heart works harder. I am feeling fine and have no symptoms.

Flecainide and eyesight problems - a follow up
He has never seen this before and even raised a yellow card as he thinks it must be the

Vivid dreams and disturbed sleep
I must say my episodes usually start in the night like many of you My EP says there isn't any other suitable drug for me as I can't take
Flecainide
and my blood pressure is naturally low so that limits me for some of the others. I am on the waiting list for an ablation

Norpace
Have been on Metroprolol, Propranolol, Diltiazem,
Flecainide
, and the doctor now wants to try Norpace. The EP thinks my SVT is vagally mediated. Anyone have any experience with Norpace? Thanks!

How effective is cardioversion for Persistent AFib?
I propose to gradually stop taking
Flecainide
but I expect my persistent AFib, which commenced just over a week ago, to continue.

Successful PFA of multiple COX lines, Ligament of Marshall and a Chemical Ablation (Ethanol) of the Vein of Marshall
I'd tried all the meds available and
Flecainide
and a BB were helpful but not sufficient. I was being termed "Persistant AF" finally.

Coming Off Flecainide.
Flecainide
and Apixaban. So helpful when you're struggling. Since coming off the
Flecainide
last Monday I have checked my Kardia frequently. It always reports NSR. My EP and GP insisted it was ok to come off
Flecainide
cold turkey.

Temporary AF during Covid?
I have PIP
Flecainide
and Bisoprolol that I have never needed to take since the ablation. I take Edoxaban daily. I currently have Covid and yesterday had a jumping feeling so checked my Apple Watch and it said AF. I immediately did several more readings and they all said Sinus rhythm.

Afib and A&E - Update
They tried first with
Flecainide
in vein, it didn't work, not surprising as mine doesn't responds to meds. After the Cardiologist called the anaesthetist and performed electrical cardioversion straightaway. I was out by Sunday at 14:00.

update to my post on Flecainide
Song thought I would update the group on my earlier post. After taking the first dose of this medication yesterday I felt very unwell quite quickly. My blood pressure went up, this came down after a few of hours but in doing so my resting heart rate dropped from 70 to to 42 and stayed mid 40s. My
