Update on migraine relief and new treatment
I am starting herbal remedies instead as I'm fed up of chemicals in my body- am having
feverfew
3000mg tablets x2 daily, and having valerian root as a tea daily with a tea of saffron threads. These have reduced my anxiety and stress a lot and slowly cutting my migraines.

I am now trying
feverfew
, Q10 and magnesium but its early days on them. I haven't come across anyone with the same symptoms and sometimes wonder if it is migraine. Any advice would be really appreciated. Many Thanks Jenny

Understanding my pain
John's Wort, Valerian and
Feverfew
in a tea... they smell and taste so bad but do a whole lot of good...naturally. I have also learned eating bananas regularly helps improve bone health and hot peppers help to naturally reduce inflammation.

Endo diet help
I take olive leaf, flaxseed,
feverfew
, calcium and magnesium and green veggie pills. Until recently I had a smoothie in the morning with added barley grass powder but I now find them too sweet to drink.

Feverfew
I have been taking
feverfew
capsules (herbal remedy) as a preventative. I still get headaches but I think they are not so frequent, or so intense.

HEADACHE / MIGRAINE ALT TREATMENT
I found a research papers database that stats that, as up to January 2015, a new more rigorous research advocates the use of
Feverfew
for headaches/migraine which some fibro sufferers can experience. The research stats that
Feverfew
decreases the occurrence of the pain by over 50 %!!

In spring every spare space is a mass of forgetmenots fox and cub run wild as does
feverfew

What vitamins and minerals (etc) are best to take - and what dosage?
I tried taking
Feverfew
some years ago, but it gave me terrible mouth ulcers, so I am loath to try that again. I was reading up on Migraine Support Formula, but it seems to be US based and I'm a bit wary of trying anything that's not been tried and tested in the UK.
