Up until last year my periods were a regular 28/29 days. I'm currently on day 43 since last period. At the beginning of this cycle clinic found a cyst so that ended this ICIS cycle (mild modified). Friday I went in for a scan/bloods as period was 2 weeks late, which found I was either ovulating or about

Not your regular “irregular bleeding” (call for help)
Hi folks. I’m looking for anyone who is suffering with the same symptoms as I am because I’m worried that my case is unique and I can’t be helped. My story (I’ll try to be brief) I’m 34 and have been TTC for 3 years My cycle is approximately 28 days long. Regular I bleed from one day after I ovulate

Constant pain down below and heavy feeling.
Please bare with me as this must be a common post!I have endo in uterus muscle, pouch of Douglas and on ligaments and on my bowel. Also had a 5cm endometrioma. I'm in pain most of the time from my endometrioma and bowel but used to get about 5to 7 days of less pain after my period in my other areas.

Usual painful period or miscarriage?
Hi all, first off I’m really sorry if this triggers anyone. My periods are usually every single 2 weeks however I’ve come on a week late and it’s absolutely horrific. The pain with this one feels different still horrendous but a different pain compared to my usual dreaded pain and the clots I’m passing

Hi I’m Sara and I’ve just turned 22, this month, and over the last 3 years I have symptoms (similar to the ones listed for endometriosis) and they have become more severe or more frequent/longer episodes that have been stopping me from working or functioning properly (exercise, sex, going out); it has

pain after vaginal scan
Has anyone experienced period like pain after a vaginal scan? I’ve had lots of them and never have but after yesterdays I did. Worried they are actual period pains and I’m going to bleed and mess up the cycle 😢

diagnosed - what happens now?
I was a late developer. I didn’t get a period till I was 15, and when I did they were never regular. I was anorexic so my periods went pretty much forever. Then I got addicted to alcohol and my periods went again and then when I got clean and ate normally, my periods returned. Then I was having to move

Anyone with similar symptoms to help with lap decision?
I came off the pill after 14 years and have had a few months of heavy periods, crippling stomach and lower back pain in first 24-48 hours of my period, with IBS like symptoms in the same time period. When I was in my early teens up until going on the pill, I had the same including nausea and feeling

No period for 76 days!
I'm due to start IVF treatment again and was expecting hlto start beginning of Sept on what should've been my next bleed. However, I'm on Day 76 and I STILL haven't had a period. I had a scan and clinic said it was like my ovaries have gone to sleep and I hadn't ovulated on my last period either in JulyApart

Does tranexamic acid work?
Hi guys. I've had an ablation, and it failed. I had the mirena, and I had 2 rounds of the depo injection and I'm still bleeding so so bad. 2 periods a month now on average, so I'm finally on the list for a hysterectomy. Doctor has now put me on tranexamic acid in the hope that it will help. Last month

combined pill
I have been on the combined pill for two years and over a month ago I changed my cycle from taking the pill to get a period every month to every three months. On the second month a few days before my period should be due I’ve started spotted bleeding. Is this normal or something to be concerned about

Birth control pill doesn't work for stop periods
I was diagnosed with endometriosis and adenomyosis in 2013 (25 years old). At the time I took the Cerazette (0.075 mg progestogen) and Gynera (0.03 mg + 0.075 mg), to stop my menstruation and it kinda worked. I had surgery in 2014 and then I stopped the pill. I was fine for many years. In 2021 I
