Experience and advice on treatment options with and without Ibrance.
Option1 - Fulvestrant + Ibrance Option2 - Fulvestrant + Ribouclib (clinical trial) Option3 - Fulvestrant + alpelisib (depending on results from my next gen sequencing) Option 4 - Fulvestrant +
Everolimus
Option 5 - Exemestrane +
Everolimus
For options 1-4, I will do two weeks cycle on Fulvestrant for

EVEROLIMUS & EXEMESTANE
The cancer spread so the next treatment plan is taking
Everolimus
& Exemestane. I haven't started it yet as I was admitted to ICU last Saturday with Malignant Pericardial Effusions (MPE). My breast cancer caused a lining of fluid around my heart and in my left lung.

PTEN and Mtor
Foundation One says that is you have PTEN loss you should consider
Everolimus
, and Temsirolimus because they are mTOR inhibitors.

Everolimus - Afinitor dosage
I have a quick question for anyone on Afinitor (
everolimus
)... I started 10 days ago after Ibrance stopped working. I have noticed that whilst I have been given a 5mg dose the recommended dose is 10mg... Did anyone else start on 5mg? Many thanks.

What it is, I am on my third kind of treatment; first letrozole/palbociclib, then
everolimus
/exemestane, now Faslodex since November 2018. The markers have gone up and down, recently gone up, the MRI shows progression. It isn't extreme progression but nevertheless progression.

Recent liver progression after stable bone mets. Researching treatments and reaching out. X
My oncologist has started me on
Everolimus
and exemestane as Ibrance and faslodex isn't available in the channel islands unless it's first line only. Can I ask what other lines of treatment others are taking and whether surgery was an option for you? I'm also considering S.I.R.T treatment.

Research Study
My system is not taking myfortic very well and as such my doctor suggested a pilot study using
everolimus
. This is being tested as a replacement for myfortic and steroids. I am looking for feedback if anyone has been on this type of study.
