Anyone out there with Psoriatic Arthritis and Lupus? How was your PsA diagnosed? How is it diagnosed as different from OA?
I had a hip operation in April 2013. I had growths on my hip socket. The way it was explained to me was that my ball socket on my left hip was shaped like a rugby ball when it should look like a football. I was running at the time, half marathons. The last one I did was painful and I had to stop running

Extreme precautions were issued as there was little research on it. 50 years later there is a lot of evidence that the benefits of eating fish far Far FAR outweigh any risk from mercury. The benefits

Hi, everyone! I went on 60 mg of prednisone today and heard taking Vit K was good for me. How much would be safe to take? I've already been taking Vit D 4, 1800mg of calcium w/ magnesium & zinc. I've also been taking Folic Acid and Omega 3 Fish Oil. It's only been 4 hours since I started, but tomorrow

I finally did it!
She’s also extremely understanding of my desire not to take a lot of meds and said she has a list of
essential
oils
that could help calm my nerves at least. I’m just so happy that I left that conversation feeling relief instead of just defeat.

Hairloss
My hair is starting to shed at a fast rate again. It was growing back thicker and fuller then just about a month ago it starting coming out in clumps. I have less than a quarter of my original hair from when I was first diagnosed and that was still after significant hair loss. It’s really getting to

Hi, wondering if anyone else has experienced burning/stinging after urination when taking peppermint oil tablets? It feels exactly like that minty kinda burn (like when you get the Original Source mint shower gel on your nethers accidentally)

New to the group...Attempting to manage anxiety without prescription
I guess I have always had anxiety but this December it became an issue where i needed to seek out the assistance of a doctor. I had anxiety and was unable to go to the super market, after this I was constantly trying to gauge how i was feeling and it was distracting me from enjoying my family. I was

Vagina Issues
Hi all. This isn't something I have spoken about on here. I noticed a small lump ( spot sort of lump ) on the outside of my vagina. It hasn't got any pus and it isn't overly sore. I have tried to squeeze it but it just hurts and it is like a silver/grey blister bubble thing. I have tried cream, lavender

Not the problem but a symptom
I am very disappointed :( I was hoping to find something about the muscles rebuilding themselves with increased bloodflow during deep sleep, since i have been exercising recently. I only experience it if i am woken up by someone during very deep sleep and it has a sort of good massage feeling. I propose
