Orgovyx and enzalutamide
Can anyone tell me if Orgovyx and Xtandi are paid by Medicare Part B or the drug plan part D. If Part D, Is Wellcare a good plan to use?

Second Line Hormonal
I have been trying to get my Oncologist to prescribe
Enzalutamide
. I have been treated with docetaxel again and thought it might re-sensitize me for another hormonal drug. Does anyone have any thoughts or experience with a situation like this.

Dual Action Hormone Therapy Targeting Two Parts of Androgen Receptor for mCRPC
Phase I/II trial of masofaniten combined with
enzalutamide
, a novel hormonal therapy for mCRPC. Masofaniten, a first-in-class N-terminal ligand antagonist for the androgen receptor, shows promise in overcoming resistance to current hormonal therapies. Hopefully a new weapon for us!

RSI type symptoms to wrists and thumbs
Enzalutamide
stopped working. Had severe hyposensitivity reaction to docetaxel so looking at olaparib subject to gene testing. Coming off prednisalone gradually. Interested if anyone experienced similar issues with wrists and how long it lasted.

Fenbendazole
He has been tinkering with different hormonal regimes, abiraterone and
enzalutamide
, without benefit, and has just progressed to start taking dexamethasone and is considering trying fenbendazole. I would be interested to hear of other peoples experience of fenbendazole ?

My first line treatment was
Enzalutamide

No more enzalutamide: docetaxel next up
So
enzalutamide
has stopped doing its thing. PSA up to 3.9 but it’s worked for 3.5 years. Also got a new lesion in my thoracic spine so in addition to docetaxel, a single dose of radiotherapy. Hope that will all be underway within a couple of weeks.

HELP WITH SIDE EFFECTS FROM ENZALUTAMIDE
I now want to discontinue taking
enzalutamide
. My PSA went down from 5.2 to 0.4 so the treatment is working it is just that the side effects are severely affecting my quality of life.

Testosterone was nearly back to normal, then dropped
I had a year of Lupron and
Enzalutamide
in 2022. Testosterone slowly came back to a high of about 240 in June and Sept 2023. Normal for me is around 350 - 375. Now this week T is down to 156. Is this sort of fluctuation normal?

Masofaniten +Enzalutamide This could be a game changer...Science is coming to our aid
Masofaniten has no effect on
enzalutamide
exposure, thus allowing the use of full dose per label (160mg) of
enzalutamide
in combination.

Good news for mCRPC (hopefully), phase 2
And here we go: "mCRPC patients who have relapsed or are refractory to androgen receptor signalling inhibitors (ARSIs) such as apalutamide, darolutamide, abiraterone and
enzalutamide
are included in the study." https://www.clinicaltrialsarena.com/news/oncternal-patient-prostate-cancer/

ADT 's effect on body fat and muscle mass from Life on ADT blog by Richard Wassersug
It turns out that adding abiraterone to standard ADT increases the diabetic risk slightly, while adding
enzalutamide
reduces that risk for some men on ADT. This can be partly understood by changes in the androgen receptor, which is targeted by
enzalutamide
.

Anyone tried cabazitaxel (Jevtana) monotherapy?
I'm also thinking about taking
enzalutamide
(Xtandi) after the cabazitaxel if I still have detectable PSA. Thanks in advance.
