Should I fight for Darolutamide ?
I will restart Zoladex, and MO is adding
Enzalutamide
this time. My main concern is about cognitive SEs, since I work full time as a Software Enginner, my job depends of my brain.

Treatment Question
She did say she was going to switch him from apalutamide to
enzalutamide
but that is due to a rash he has had from the apalutamide that is not going away. Thanks for your input.

Xtandi monotherapy is very effective
The
enzalutamide
monotherapy was almost as effective as
enzalutamide
plus leuprolide with fewer hot flushes, hypertension, falls and fractures. The reduced fractures show that the monotherapy avoids bone loss. Therefore, Xgeva is probably not required.

Need help to fight fatigue from Radium 223
After this will likely have to switch to
Enzalutamide
and ADT. Now having bad fatigue issues; on scale of 1 -10, my fatigue level is 2 - 3. For last 3 years fatigue level was 6 - 7. Any recommendations of beneficial supplements or meds to help improve fatigue level? .... Thanks

My reaction to Crestor & Nubeqa combo. I need to make some adjustments. This study says simvastatin is best against APC. Your thoughts?
In castration-resistant LNCaPabl cells,
enzalutamide
combined with atorvastatin resulted in the most prominent growth inhibition. Notably, simvastatin and also rosuvastatin were able to increase the effect of
enzalutamide
in 22Rv1 cells.

Final STAMPEDE results for Abi with/out Enza when starting ADT.
We have not formally compared the abiraterone and
enzalutamide
trial with trials testing
enzalutamide
. But, given the similar efficacy reported when combining
enzalutamide
with androgen deprivation therapy, we also conclude that combining abiraterone with
enzalutamide
would not be more effective.

second generation anti-androgens associated with cognitive and functional toxic effects
This study of 12 randomized clinical trials comprising 13 524 participants observed an increased risk of cognitive toxic effects, fatigue, and falls among individuals treated with second-generation AAs (abiraterone, apalutamide, darolutamide, or
enzalutamide
).

Aplautamide, enzalutamide: low dose opinions
Hi Officially mcrpc. Can't get darolutamide so faced with choice of zytiga, xtandi or aplautamide in the coming weeks. Faced with the first two I would have opted for xtandi and hopefully worked towards taking two tablets. Maybe one but have seen a few progress at one and wonder if two would be an

Updated treatment plan for progressing MCRPC
My Question is, should I switch the abiraterone for
enzalutamide
. There is some evidence for switching these drugs if one is no longer working. Apparently the dexamethasone is not good for bone health. Xgeva every 3 months, Xofigo every month for 6 months and possibly add

Update after consultation w/Royal Marsden
The trigger was a marginally raised PSA (now 4.4) and some evidence on more bone mets, failing
Enzalutamide
and being offered a course of chemo (which I declined) I want to stress that I've had the same onco for 14 yrs, and have huge respect for him.

Are you on Xtandi (Enzalutamide), and reported the side effects of low sodium?
MO, Primary care, and other nurses are working hard to rollout why my sodium level is low (128) last. My first guess was lactulose. I stopped for one week and will recheck the level and schedule another appointment. Also, a Google search found many users reported that heavy use of lactulose
