Dapagliflozin, entresto. Has anyone been on these long term and actually felt improvements from these meds?
Feeling sleepy off the Dapa and always brain fog and spaced out from the
entresto
. Finding it difficult to see the benefits at times when feeling like this. Walking down the street feeling like the ground is moving or on a wave. Is there a good long term outlook for heart failure and these meds?

Am taking
Entresto
and a diuretic to 'control' the heart failure. So far the drugs have been effective and there really have been no adverse effects affecting my lifestyle.

Cardiology check up
I asked the cardiologist if I should maybe swap from Ramipril to
Entresto
to see if it may help. I had tried the drug in 2020 but had got massive side effects.

Losartan
Was decided yesterday to take me off
entresto
as I was passing out, BP was hitting 80/37 and below. So, I have today started losartan 50mg. My question is, has anyone's EF risen on losartan? I'm really hoping this drug will still increase my ef from 32. I'm feeling anxious all over again.

Tinnitus and heart fialure? Is this a common side effect to the meds or linked to heart failure? Who gets it or has worsened since HF?
I am not sure if it maybe side effects to certain meds, dapagliflozin,
entresto
or betas. Or if its a symptom to the heart problem itself but its definitely louder. Maybe 5G or a spiritual awakening or Maybe just old age. Do any of you notice this or know what it maybe?

Update on Entresto
I've finally got my BP at a good level so as of Monday I'm moving up to 49/51
entresto
. It's obviously a big jump so I'm hoping that side effects won't be too bad, but expecting BP to drop again. 2 weeks later I'm starting empaglophoxin.

cardiomyopathy and afib
I am now on small dose of amolodipine , bisoprosol apixaban and low dose
entresto
with blood tests every two weeks since
entresto
was introduced. I was told cardioversion had its best chance of working if done early, but it’s just getting left to get worse as far as I can see.

maybe I shouldn’t ask questions
I’m absolutely gutted as I’ve been on the highest dose of
entresto
, dapa and spirolactone for the last 8 months. I know that 44% isn’t too bad but it makes me wonder where I go now as I’m already on the highest dose of the “wonder drugs”.
