Tight chest ECG
Recorded this ecg when I suddenly got a tight chest and breathlessness. Note that it shows LAD and no P or T waves. I've never seen this before. It normalised towards the end when I felt better. Could this be Junctional Rythm as my heart rate was 43 just prior to it starting and went up to 60 bpm.

GP or nurse for meds?
Hi all, I've recently started to feel as though I'm constantly teetering on the edge of going into afib. Lying down in bed too quickly can bring it on, moving suddenly, walking up even the gentlest of slopes etc. I feel a little nauseous most of the time which I assume is linked to ectopics. I was

Surgery cancelled due to high blood pressure
Morning, I was just wondering if anyone has had their surgery cancelled due to high blood pressure? How long did it take you to get your blood pressure down to the required level? I was due to have a laparoscopy last week and I have hypertension. I had been checked in to the hospital, had my blood pressure

Unusual angina
I've had angina for years, always as lower jaw pain on physical stress. A few days ago I suddenly developed the jaw pain which extended up into my facial bones and was accompanied by the feeling that someone had dropped a lump of lead on my chest with a surge of pressure up my throat into my jaw.

Can you drive with intermittent broad complex tachycardia that doesn’t give you many symptoms?
After phone call from cardiologist last evening informing me of episodes of broad complex tachycardia on my 5 day ECG I’m left with many questions. I’m a 60yr female. HA and AFib 9 months ago. Not a risk factor in sight. 🤷🏼♀️ Being referred to electrophysiologist. Any advice please. Thank you.

Broad complex tachycardia. I’m imagining the worst. Is this a death sentence?
I’m 9 months post heart attack, (at 59yrs), due to blood clot, 6 months post successful cardio version for AFib. None smoker, was physically fit pre HA ( still exercising), healthy weight , no risk factors. Ejection fraction has improved from 40% to 46% Cardiologist phoned me earlier. I’d had arrhythmia

Ectopic Beats
Hi all, I've not posted for a while and hope you might reassure me. I have had a cardiac Ct Scan and everything ok, but I still seem to get an ectopic beat whilst drifting to sleep or on early waking. Its not painful, just uncomfortable and frustrating. I doubt I can do much more investigating although

Pace and ablate
Can anyone who has had these procedures help me with information please. I've had my pacemaker inserted on Monday 9th May. Xray, ECG and pacing checks were perfect on discharge. I'm getting odd ectopics but was told my ventricles are just a bit jumpy after being poked and prodded and not to worry so

Hi all well my AFIB self corrected at 4 this morning. I have had penny for a bit as well. I had my BP and ECG done at the Surgery this afternoon as well as my INR and sats and heart rate done. All looks ok. Also made two batches of home-made soup. One is in the fridge and the other in freezer

He has had odema in both legs 3 times since December which also turned to cellulitis each time . Thankfully

ECG Reading’s
How can u tell when u should seal medical advice when looking at an ECG reading. Usually think the ones with a up peak / Tbar every second is ok. But I get negative T/bars every second and ones were there is + @ - peaks all different size peaks and multiple times per second. These r ones I wonder
