I'm new: What reasons could my heart be experiencing exercise-induced tachycardia and difficulty breathing? None of the conditions match?
In an
echocardiogram
, I was found to have an atrial septal aneurism and small issues with valve regurgitations. The report said that these were incidental findings, and probably do not mean anything causing my symptoms.

Will it be safe to leave my severely leaking mitral valve until it is safe to go into hospital?
Two days ago I received a copy of a letter sent to my GP saying my second
echocardiogram
, my first was paid for at a private hospital, showed that my regurgitation is severe.

Too many balls to keep up!
The following week I was called in to do a 'treadmill
echocardiogram
'. Big laugh out loud! Obviously that was not possible so they did one chemically induced. It shows there is furring between the two heart chambers and I am now on a waiting list for coronorary angioplasty.

This CAN'T be true! Can it? :(
The cancer is currently kept in check by the immunotherapy I'm undergoing (and which will continue, lockdown or no lockdown, although all my scans - MRI, CT and
echocardiogram
- and non-urgent appointments have been cancelled).

Advice needed
I have had 4 attacks in the past but am being constantly monitored as I have type 1 diabetes. I have just had a result from an echo-cardiogram which showed some diastolic LV dysfunction with slight LA dilation. I do not understand what this but do not want to Google and scare the life out of myself!

Dodgy heart valves
I have an appointment on Friday to see a cardiologist and get an
echocardiogram
which will hopefully identify exactly what the valves are doing or not doing and check if any intervention is necessary - I’m keeping everything crossed that an op of any kind is not necessary.

Sinus node arythmia and lone Afib - has anyone got some info?
"It is not serious non, non it is nothing, but you will have to have an
echocardiogram
to check the size of the atrium ( all in high speed french)." It is probably provoked by your PAfib" Hmm thinks I 🤔I have had PAfib since 2012 and this is the first time this has been noted on an ECG.

Good NHS Appointment Time
Thanks Heart Failure Clinic Better still received an appointment today for Cardiologist on 30th March to review results of
Echocardiogram
Either I am more Sick than I thought and they need to hurry things up or they are very efficient.

London MIN-102 trial and coronavirus
All the tests will have to be done at a later date, as will the MRI scan and
echocardiogram
. I live reasonably close to London and said that they were welcome to come to my house to do the tests, or that I could easily go to another local NHS establishment to meet them and do the tests.

Flecainide and Blackouts
I had an
echocardiogram
before seeing him. He told me that the structure of my heart was fine and no problem with the valves. He said the blackouts were caused by the Flecainide. His exact words were " the Flec did what it is meant to do but did it too well".

My Cardiologist ran a ECG, EKG, Stress Test,
Echocardiogram
