Worried about Dulcolax
I’m starting my son on
dulcolax
12 plus. I’m really worried how he’ll be with it coz of the side affects. He’s also autistic so I can’t explain to him how he might feel. What’s your experience with it for your child. It was prescribed by his private paediatrician. He’s 14 btw.

Senna / Dulcolax use
I gave recently (for 2 weeks) become a tad bit reliant on
dulcolax
as I find the entire or of going to the bathroom quite exhausting! I've heard lots about lazy bowels after fair use of laxatives - I wax wondering if anyone now suffers with this? Many thanks

Bowel prep for colonoscopy - long post. Sorry.
I am now drinking like crazy as well as getting some
Dulcolax
in me. I prefer the Picolax as it is only 150ml to make up a dose and as I had a Gastric Bypass 11 years ago, I find it hard to drink loads in one go. Next dose of Picolax at 7am tomorrow. I will update you all later.

Can PD get better?
So I also take cinnamon, phosphatidyl serine, Super B-complex, Vitamin D, Green tea capsules, fish oil, a statin, CoQ10, baby aspirin, miralax,
dulcolax
, tylenol and melatonin. Some of these are for PD and some are for elevated cholesterol and some are for hemorrhoids and constipation.

First colonoscopy prep
For prep I have to take 4
Dulcolax
or Senna tablets in addition to 17 capfuls of Miralax. I’ve read horrible reviews about severe pain, nausea and shaking on
Dulcolax
. Senna sounds painful too but not as bad. Not sure which one to take. Hoping to get some feedback on experiences and any tips!

Help 😔
I can’t get an appointment with a dietitian due to Covid so I’m just being given buscopan, mebeverine, and
dulcolax
. I can go over a week without going and I can’t remember the last time I went “naturally”.

Chronic constipation
The only thing that gets him actually going is
Dulcolax
. He has been to the emergency room twice in the last three months after no BM for 72 hours. The gastroenterologist said this is common with PD.

5yr old keeps soiling
He was prescribed movicol but didn’t like it at all and we couldn’t get him to take it even with masking it in different drinks, we’ve now been given lactalose and
dulcolax
. I’ve tried Being positive And keeping calm, we’ve tried rewards but nothing helps.

Hi I will write a longer post about my daughters problems ,,, But I have a quick question to start with ..... is
Dulcolax

Lactolose massive bloating and pain
However still need to find a strong laxative to replace
dulcolax
liquid as getting too used to it. Did anyone else have an experience similar to mine and can anyone recommend a strong laxative you can get in the UK.
