Anyone taking Darolutamide develope asthenia, a known side effect? I've read similar SEs with Xtandi, so is this with all lutamide drugs?

PSA measures and Chemo
I have begun
Docetaxel
infusion completing the first cycle. Are PSA measures meaningful during chemo? My Doctor runs PSA, but places more emphasis on bone scans. I am continuing with Xtandi and Lupron during the chemo.

Dr says Enzalutimide... what about Cabazitaxel?
I've made it into my 50s, living with cancer for about 8 years now... 2012: Diagnosis Gleason 4+4=8 and tx with Cyberknife (PSA 21) 2014: Scans confirm metastatic disease confirmed in lungs and one bone lesion (PSA 10), tx with 6 rounds
Docetaxel
and begin Lupron/Casodex 2018: PSA first becomes detectable

Chemo-related neuropathy developing despite ice mitts and socks. Anything that can be added now?
My husband is about to get infusion #6 of
Docetaxel
in three days. He's been religious about using the ice mitts and ice socks during the infusion. (He doesn't use an ice cap on his head.) Despite the ice regime, this week he started to feel some tingling in his heel and fingertips.

Upfront Docetaxel - STAMPEDE trial update.
There was good evidence of benefit of
docetaxel
over SOC on OS (HR = 0.81, 95% CI 0.69-0.95, P = 0.009) with no evidence of heterogeneity of
docetaxel
effect between metastatic burden sub-groups (interaction P = 0.827).

Several drugs available for sequential therapy of CRPC, such as enzalutamide (ENZ), abiraterone (ABI),
docetaxel
(DOC), cabazitaxel (CBZ) and radium-223, have been shown to prolong the survival of CRPC patients [2].

Maybe some one can tell me how to have Lu177 in Germany?
Doctor in my country and singapore said i must take
docetaxel
for 10 times. But im avoiding chemotheraphy because i feel i cant deal with the side effect. Im contacting with bookinghealth and they gave me an option to have Lu177 in Charite or Helios hospital. The cost estimated €29,000.

Docetaxel
or Zytiga I’m 66 years old and was just diagnosed with advanced prostate cancer. It has spread to bones, lungs and lymph node. My PSA was 29, grade 3 and Gleason score 7. I live in Canada and the standard of care is chemo or Zytiga. I’m on ADT.

Chemotherapy After Prostatectomy for High-Risk Prostate Carcinoma
We found no benefit from
docetaxel
given after radical prostatectomy, although some subgroups of patients may benefit.

Side effects of docetaxel
Hello - I just finished my chemo treatment - Dr seemed pleased, got my PSA down to 0.25, Lat infusion was 12/17/19. My questions: Despite wearing gloves ( iced ) on feet and hands I have some neuropathy --- think it's getting a bit better - but will it all go away in time? Have edema in legs, one leg

After Docetaxel..PSA increased from 0.149 to 0.192..Should I be concerned?
Finished my
docetaxel
( 6 cycles) in Nov 2019. All other blood test results were good including Alk Phosphate which had come down to 58 ( lowest since my dx in Nov 2018). LDH of 207 which is also at its lowest. Should I be concerned? My MO was not as he felt that I am physically well.

First Post - Doing the Doxydoe
On Wednesday 29th Jan I had my 1st
Docetaxel
infusion which I reacted to, but with the help of some type of cortisone shot, they managed to proceed. Now the Steriods have worn off, I'm feeling pretty tired.

Chemotherapy Covid 19
His PSA started off at 43, after 3 sessions of chemo (
docetaxel
) it was 1.7. Hopefully it is now lower after his 4th session but he hasn't had the bloods done for that yet. He is otherwise healthy, coping with the chemo ok and so far his bloods have shown his immunity bounces back well.

Promising Clinical Activity of Cabozantinib + ADT in Hormone-Naïve Metastatic Prostate Cancer
These data imply that cabozantinib could have a role earlier in the disease course, particularly in combination with epithelial-targeting agents such as abiraterone and
docetaxel
. Follow-up studies will be necessary to define such a role and the potential use of CAFs to guide therapy.
