Usual life-cycle of the dreaded disease named Diabetes as understood by me.

Free of all medicines
Simple rules to follow 1.No milk and milk products . This because of the insulin like growth hormone in milk which interferes with the cells accepting glucose within them. I am following this strictly since 20 days . Rest I will post when free.

Help with test results please.
Hi, I've just got my latest blood results and they're very different to previously. Free T4 15 ( 9 - 19 ), Free T3 13.9 ( 3.6 - 6.5 ), TSH < 0.01. I was told that in the past T3 and T4 were tested and not Free T3 and Free T4. I don't know what the difference is. I was tested on 31/12/14 T4 11.7 (9.9

question to those on Armour Thyroid
I have read that cellulose was increased and
dextrose
decreased, and that cellulose binds thyroid hormone, making the pills less effective. Some recommend chewing the pills to break down the cellulose, but that sounds pretty gross to me...

Then I remembered the
dextrose
tablets I got a few weeks ago so had a rootle in the cupboard. And what did I find but the empty wrapper. As usual, the 13 year old had stripped the "treats" cupboard bare of all things edible like a plague of locusts.

Beta blockers and blood sugar
Many diabetics are also hypertensives. They are prescribed apart from hypoglycemics (for controlling high blood sugar ), medicines to lower blood pressure. the commonly prescribed medicine to lower blood pressure is Beta Blockers. These act by slowing heart rate and reducing the force of heart beat.

Diabetes and PAF
I had my ablation last October and one thing that stands out from that was after the operation they tested my blood sugar and asked me if I was diabetic. No I said why, they informed me that my level was 24. I asked the Professor and he said that the operation was probably the cause of the rise. So I
