Can PSA be determined from the blood clots that are produced in from radiation cystitis?
Simultaneously, having second bout of radiation
cystitis
, using Foley to dilate urethra. But blood clots are being produced. Just wondering if that sloughed off tissue (from bladder/urethra) could be biopsied for PCa?

AGONISING Undiagnosed Pain at 22. :-(
My personal bets are on it being endometriosis, interstitial
cystitis
, and/or pelvic floor congestion (springing from the suspicions of some A&E doctors who, whilst giving me some urgent pain relief once when the pain just got unbearable, spotted some visible blood vessels and swelling around my pelvis

Cauterizing bladder as radiation cystitis treatment
Has anyone had their bladder lining cauterized as a treatment for Radiation
Cystitis
? Was it successful in stopping the bleeding? Was it temporary? Please share your experiences. Thanks so much.

IBS and Cystitis
I am just wondering who else on here suffers from both IBS and recurring
Cystitis
? My
cystitis
is almost constant and bacteria based. I believe it has got so ingrained and is fast becoming antibiotic resistant.

Cystitis & Night Sweats in 2WW after FET
Anyway, yesterday evening I suffered from
cystitis
…I drank a lot of water over night and think I’ve sorted it. It’s my own fault as did not drink enough water yesterday and not surprised after all the meds I take. I also had night sweats last night ahh!

After sex
Hi ladies, from Sunday - Tuesday I was away with my partner, since Tuesday it feels like inside of the vagina is cut and all around it, I checked there’s no cuts or anything. It stings to go toilet I don’t think it’s bladder infection (as I have had it before and not the same symptoms) not sure if it

Vulvodynia - Sleeping disruption
Hi, This is my first attempt posting in this forum, hopefully I'm posting in the correct place. I have been diagnosed with vulvodynia and I've been taking Amitriptyline 10mg at 10pm in the evening. I can cope during the day as long as I don't stay on my feet for too long a period of time as I can feel

Links between pernicious anaemia and kidney function?
I don't have any classic UTI,
cystitis
etc symptoms, and not showing any signs of infection in my blood tests, and I feel "normal".

Sensitive to my own fecal matter
It seems that as my fecal matter moves through my large intestine, my intestine and rectum are so inflamed. I suffer from IBS C. I have to use Miralax daily and I am in so much pain as the matter moves thru bowels. I’d rather be constipated but, of course, after a couple of days of That and I am

Has anyone had severe bleeding via urine after radiation and how did your urologist treat it.

I don’t see my long post so I’ll type it again
To make matters worse for me, I was the one who researched those treatments at the Radiation
cystitis
foundation site and told urologist I felt it could help and to get them set up. Hubby had his doubts but I convinced him. He was losing so much blood.

Post eSRT radiation cystitis
Radiation
cystitis
seems to come up here regularly, but usually at around the time radiation is being administered - I've read that it can be delayed by a couple of years, so perhaps that is what I am experiencing (tests showed I don't have a a UTI or kidney stones, and there is just a slight discomfort
