I can’t trust my own son
Hi. I have a 16 year-old boy DX with ADHD & LD.. seeing an increase in lying of late. Punishment does not seem to be working, neither does praise for telling the truth. I am at my wits end. I’m considering counseling at this point. Any suggestions? Ty :(

Rare liver/biliary condition
I am a qualified hypnotherapist with
counselling
skills so I have really taken a positive outlook throughout what has been happening to me. However I am struggling to even treat the odd client these days as my own wellbeing comes first and I have to think of my client.

Lethargic rant in general
I'm on esa for now and on a waiting list for intensive CBT therapy /
counselling
with talking changes, the waiting list is 8+ months. I've done more in the past 2 or so years that I've been with my boyfriend than I ever did in 10 years or so. (Left school at 15 with Gcse's before the Rules changed)

Morning Paralyzation
Every single morning I have found my anxiety and depression to be extremely intense. More intense than at night. I used to set alarms for every two hours just to make sure I can wake up and know that I can quickly fall asleep to have just a few moments of peace before I wake up and lay in my bed. Also

Just a thank you & an update.
He advised me to go to
counselling
which I have booked in end of next week. I went to see my G.P today though I've had such a bad headache and occasionally dizziness as well as being exhausted since the miscarriage.

Funding has been accepted 🎉!
I’ve arranged
counselling
, went to a summer school and gained a qualification and have set up a little business to keep me occupied and finally chased up our funding referral. So this week after receiving a phone call appointment with a counsellor, my thoughts and feelings are not wrong.

Pre conception counselling
So mid August I am having some preconception
counselling
with regards to possibly having baby number 2. Is there anything people think I should ask specifically?

Follow up
So following up on previous post. Today I’ve decided to continue with my routine. My day was so full and busy, did not have time to think about last nights issues. I know they are still there and me ignoring them isn’t really helping the bigger picture. But I really don’t know if another way of dealing

Memories forgotten Due to Anxiety
I was in counseling today and my counselor asked me about me remembering a time in my childhood and I said I can’t remember any and she said that’s due to my anxiety. Can this happen and is it possible for me to remember?

Closing a chapter
One thing that I didn't do through my whole IVF journey was any
counselling
but its something I have done post-pregnancy (due to traumatic birth - but that's another story!)

Mental Health and Sexual Activity
So since this is a safe space, I have a struggle which does cause me to be a little bit emotional...leading to anxiety at times. So I have been in a seriously committed relationship for 2 1/2 years with a guy that I love a lot. He supports me with my mental health crises, he drives me almost everywhere

GPs prescribed mild sedatives & seeking
counselling
to try & get my head around this. Is anyone else on a "watch & wait" pathway, and what mechanisms have proven best to cope & not just view this as a countdown clock?

Nicotine Replacement Therapy: Can it help someones addiction?
•Entering a
counselling
program can be of great help. •You are highly advised against smoking cigarettes while you are going through the nicotine replacement therapy because nicotine can build up to toxic levels.
