Struggling with pain
I was diagnosed with endometriosis and was diagnosed after the lap. Before I was diagnosed I spent years trying to manage pain and reduce bleeding using oral contraceptives. I’ve been on cerazette for about a year now and it’s definitely reduced bleeding but I’m still suffering from severe cramps throughout

My pelvic pain story: still on the journey to a diagnosis and feeling discouraged
I am 30 years old and I’ve been experiencing severe pelvic pain almost since I began menstruating 17 years ago. Prescription NSAIDs, first doled out to me some time in my mid-teens, have outlasted more than one romantic relationship and several friendships as a constant presence in my life. By 19, mefenamic

Has anyone else struggled with diagnosis? Help!
Hi I’m hoping someone on here can help me please! I’ve always struggled with my periods and visited the doctors countless times since the beginning of high school (I’m 19 in full time work now). I feel like I always got fobbed off and told it was normal and have been given different contraceptive pills

Never ending period
So I didn’t have a period for a few months then a three week bleed in December and now another one in January/ Feb lasting almost the same. I have had transamic acid for 4 days. It barely stopped the bleeding. My only bet is birth control but my body hates it my body acts out a lot and will take it for

Next step?
Hi all, I have endo, have never been told a stage. I have had two laps, one in 2016 by general gynae and one Feb 2020 at BCGE Centre. I have quite a complicated medical history. I was initially on cerazette (this stopped my bleeds) but had to stop it in late 2017 as they believed it could be aggravating

Combined Pill (Rigevidon)
I’ve been on Rigevidon for nearly 3 years now, and i’m finding it’s causing a decrease in my sex life. it’s really concerning me as i’m not enjoying it as much as i used to, does anyone else have the same problems? and what did you do about it?

Natural cycles with endo
I was just wondering if anyone has come of
contraception
or whether this had helped in away for some people. Before I got the coil my pain was mostly around the time of my periods with them being really painful and really heavy but now while I no longer have a period I am in pain everyday.

I have been on the Pop pill for around a year now, but the past week and half I've been having pains and tenderness in my left breast and today I have blood in my discharge, is this normal or expected? Or shall I go to the gp

Raised cortisol and prolactin. Could it be due to T3?
I do also have pcos but can't tolerate metformin, inositol or hormonal
contraception
treatments. They make me gain more weight.

Feeling lost!
Hello there, Apolgoies in advance for the long post, I'm a bit lost and struggling with what to do next, so thought I would post on here and see what happens. I've been back and forth to the doctor/hospital for the past 9 years with suspected Endometriosis in my bowel area. In the last 2/3 years, a nurse

Self diagnosed endo , support needed
I am very concerned I can't have children as well as had been off any
contraception
(for my own reasons) for almost 2 years with no pregnancy. I have been prescribed the mini pill which I don't want to take but feel it is my only option to help with pain Sometimes just feel so helpless.

Trying for Baby 1 - having problems!
We never used
contraception
really and just went the natural route - being very careful each month around ovulation time. Months of trying and nothing. So I called the doctor, and they wanted to do some tests...

Contraceptive dilemma
Hi. Daughter has just had a six monthly check and cyst on her ovary has grown a cm and another has appeared on the other ovary. She hasn’t been taking progesterone pill which was suggested ( can’t take combined because of migraines)... would this growth not have been so severe if she had taken the pill

Hysteroscopy- spotting and 2 weeks later bleeding 😬🤔
Hi my lovely ladies, I had hysteroscopy done 2 weeks ago and doctor found 2-3 micropolyps in my uterus. He wasn't that much concerned about them as small polyps can go away on their own but because of my history of 3 chemicals in a row he decided to remove them just to be on the safe side. Doctor took

Have you improved your symptoms with a healthy diet and exercise alone?
Hi. I was wondering if anyone has had success in regaining regular periods through a strict no sugar etc diet and exercise. A lot of people online claim to have ‘cured’ their PCOS with extreme healthy eating and as the pill is not suiting me I was thinking of trying it? I’m lucky to not struggle with

Pill to prevent endo returning
Hi all, I'm sure that this has been asked many times but I have severe endo which was cleared as much as poss with a lap last November. To prevent it coming back my surgeon suggested either going on the mini pill or the combined pill and not having a break. Anyone have any advice on which is best, if
