BFP but low estrogen
Hi, I had my FET on Monday last week took a test today (day 26) and it’s a faint positive. I’m a bit worried as my progesterone levels are 84 and my estrogen 127 (dropped massively!) yesterday lunchtime. I don’t seem to respond to the estrogen stick on tabs so they are sending me some estrogen to take

IVF Meds,when to stop ✋
Morning ladies. I am 11 weeks and starting to think about stopping progesterone and oestrogen. Clinique said to take up to 12 weeks. Just a little nervous. What if I don’t make enough without the meds😱 any advice or experience would be brilliant 🥰🥰🥰

Has anyone noticed weird pain / weird/numb/etc in back of your brain? On the Internet I was floored when I read where endo spreads and effects ….:it includes back of brain. 30 years ago I spent 1,200 cash (American ) plus whatever my insurance charged to have an MRI. It came back normal. A friend

Do estrogen level take longer to rise after failed fresh embryo transfer???
I am starting my first natural cycle fet right after a failed fresh embryo transfer and I’m at cycle day 10, but my estrogen level is still low. Does estrogen levels take longer to rise after a failed fresh embryo transfer??? Is this normal? Will I even ovulate? I am eager to start my natural fet.

Cleared the Slate and Started Over
I felt like I was spinning my wheels, so I basically cleared the slate and I am starting all over. I went through surgical menopause in my early 40s and now I am 58, so I am trying to figure out sex hormones as well as thyroid. I know I need adequate amounts of estrogen and thyroid to feel well. My problem

Should i include docetaxel with lupron +darolutamide.
My PSA =15 naïve ADT. Had RP, and RT. 5 lymph node locations 3 in pelvic 1 in chest 1 in clavicle. Ive read the trial results but they don’t include ADT+darolutamide with docetaxel. Im 64 and healthy with no symptoms. I was thinking in lieu of chemo, I could include a 5aReductase inhibitor RAD-140

FET protocol
Hi everyone, Just wondering if anyone else has been on this protocol for a FET: Buserelin injections from day 1 of cycle Oestrogen tablets 4x a day from day 5 Progesterone pessaries before transfer (think that's standard) I'm not questioning the protocol itself as of course the clinic are experts,

Cancelled cycle - poor response
Hi, I'm new here and I guess I am looking for success stories. My first IVF cycle got cancelled after 6 days of stims as I had two dominant follicles and a 4 smaller ones. I have low AMH/AFC and only one ovary is accessible so they cancelled to try and get all 6 follicles growing at the same rate to

I am from Australia and am new to this site.
I had surgery for Breast Cancer in 2014 followed by Chemo, Radiation and 8 years of estrogen blockers. I recently saw my oncologist after a DEXA scan and she told me I had Osteoporosis and should go on Prolia which was arranged with my GP. I was only told that most people only got mild side effects

Fresh embryo transfer advice
This will be the first time I will get to the stage of fresh embryo transfer. Can you ladies please provide advice on what I should be looking out for and what parameters are important. I know the endometrial lining should be over 8mm and trilaminar. What level should the oestrogen and progesterone

Low fertilisation in IVF/any hope of day 2 update?
Hi all, ***tw for high follicle numbers/complaining about getting 3 fertilised eggs*** I had my first egg collection yesterday, after TTC since Aug 2020 with various rounds of clomid/TI/IUI. I'm 31, have a very high AMH and PCOS so my consultant said he expected us to need one cycle to get 'enough embryos

Follicle to egg collection ration
Hello I just wanted to get a vague idea about how many follicles generally result in eggs collected. I was told (well dug) that I had 19 follicles growing on the long protocol and wanted to know how many eggs I should expect to be collected. Apparently the oestrogen levels also correspond to number

Stopping meds - a bit of a worry!
Hey there! I just had a scan this morning at 9 weeks and all looking good and reassuringly to date (I was a few days behind at 6+6). Now my worry has turned to stopping my medication next week. I’m currently on prontogest injections every other day, utrogestan - 2 pessaries twice a day, and oestrogen
