CRS4PC and Zytiga side effects ?
My hubby is 69 and recently started Zytiga three weeks ago and it seems that he has developed moderate fatigue and low appetite since one week ago. I’m wondering if this could be a side effect of the Zytiga or if anyone thinks it’s an immunity infection attack.

Colonoscopy
Hello, I’ve been having various bowel issues for the past few months, ie. constipation, bloating, slight pain in lower back, bit of diarrhoea and my Dr would like me to go for a colonoscopy. As there’s no bleeding, I assumed it could be something else. Am I wrong to think this? Any advice welcome

Oxynorm
I'm too .... shattered... to give a nicely put story even a short n sweet would be too much right now. So in the meantime I would love to hear your thoughts on Oxynorm as pain relief for brutal endometriosis. It's helping reasonably well for me (though not fully I may add) Many thanks in advance

Should something be done with a “moderately high” ALP?
Good moring! I had my bloods drawn last week and both ALT and AST went back to normal. My GGT came down but not normal, and ALP stayed the same as three months ago at 177 It was previously 385. (here, the ULN is 122). I have been on Urso for nine months, but only on the optimal dose for four months

Antidepressants
Hi all, Increased anxiety has become one of my worst symptoms of B12 deficiency and (possible*) PA. I’m on 4 weekly B12 injections (Hydrocobalamin 1mg) on the NHS but I’ve not noticed any improvements so far. I’ve had the 6 loading doses and 2 further injections so far. I’m taking D3/K2 (3000iu/100ug

radiation treatments led to perforated colon?
St. Patrick’s Day I collapsed in pain and was rushed to ER. A CT ABD PE revealed a perforated colon near my rectum, broad internal infection (sepsis) with kidneys and liver shutting down. A life flight, three surgeries later, 3 weeks sedated and immobile in an ICU, and seven weeks in hospital rehabs

Coeliac Diagnosis at 63 Ongoing Symptoms
Hello I’m posting on behalf of my dad and hoping for some advice for him. He was diagnosed with coeliac disease around ten years ago in his early 60s after his whole life suffering symptoms which were always written off as IBS until his eventual diagnosis. He has been on a GF diet since then but he

Miss MS?
A lot of people have asked what my lycra bodysuit is, and what it looks like. I've got the top, bottoms, and socks on. Had my husband take this pic 😁 feeling like I'm a superhero 🤣 just need a proper superhero name! Was thinking "Mrs Autoimmune," but its a bit too long. Then, "Mrs MS," but it's a bit

low in iron and B12
found out I’m low in iron and I’ve got pernicious anemia. From my understanding having regular B12 injections has lowered my iron and ferritin. Should I put B12 on hold and increase my iron and ferritin? But when I don’t have regular B12 I feel the side effects. I’m taking heme iron once a day.
