CP and Autoimmune Disease
I was put on creon and sent for more labs to check for autoimmune issues and also told to schedule a
colonoscopy
. Has this same situation happened to anyone else? What type of auto immune issues would cause scar tissue to my pancreas? Would love to hear any similar stories or advice. Thank you

Diverticular disease.. what do I do now?
I then had a
colonoscopy
and was told I had diverticular disease. I was given a leaflet about eating more fibre and sent on my way. Does this mean I have to put up with the bleeding? Is this now something I will always have? Or will eating more fibre stop the bleeding?

mri for the bowel
I am bit worried that I might need one as last
colonoscopy
they couldn’t get very far and said it’s too dangerous to try again due to being extremely long and floppy as specialist said never seen anything like it before. They run out of tube only third way up.

Any value seeing a gastroenterologist for ET belly bloat?
A recent
colonoscopy
showed a tortous/redundant colon and I think ?? that has only been an issue since commencing hydroxy treatment. I think there could be a connection, so I'm keen to find out. I'm hoping the GE will be able to help re suggesting a change in meds or diet or other miracle.

HELP desperately needed….. 🤒
Im really down ,I have had a barrage of tests, virtual
colonoscopy
( absolute agony in the Upper GI from the inflation) scan after scan, blood test after blood test. I’m to scared to eat from the pain, I was thinking atrophic gastritis, h.pylori, or coeliac?

ongoing symptoms ..
Wednesday I had a
colonoscopy
to a reason of a positive FIT test of 184. Very relieved to find nothing sinister just my very sluggish and constipated bowels. Fast forward to this morning .. and the upper GI. Worst procedure ever, spent whole time gagging.

Colonoscopy after pregnancy
They couldnt take them out due to me being pregnant but they would arrange for a
colonoscopy
in December (I had my baby in November) providing I feel well after birth.

I’m having a
colonoscopy
and can choose from sedation or gas and air for pain relief. Which is safer for AF? Many thanks in advance.

Positive FIT 400
I have been referred via the suspected colorectal cancer pathway and my
colonoscopy
is on Tuesday 9th April. I am petrified it is going to show cancer, it is the high result that scares me most and the fact that the GP has already ruled out IBD.

Curious question ibs /ibd issue
I am under the hospital waiting for a
colonoscopy
so they can advise what is wrong with my stomach. My usual is between 10 to 14 times a day loose stools. 1st thing is bad also after my evening meal which then affects me through the night.

long term vulvodynia sufferer
Hi. I was diagnosed with volvodynia in roughly 2018 after years of suffering. It started with recurrent thrush and BV, starting back in the 90s and peaking in mid 2000s. Then seemed to change from infections to a low lying constant burning pain when sitting and painful intercourse. I then had my daughter

Hi all I’ve not been here for nearly 3 months time has disappeared recently. Last time here was the night before my surgery.
Was suspected ( as most mucinous are ) that it was a secondary tumour from GI origin ( stomach / bowel) I’ve had a Gastroscopy and 2 x
Colonoscopy
since and am now waiting on histology of a massive polyp removed . I’m scheduled for chemo next week !

Redundant Colon anyone?
Last month I had my first
colonoscopy
and learned of this. I have a very distended belly (bloating) and it looks to be permanent. Should I blame the drug or my age (currently 70)? Weight gain has been significant as well.

Capsule endoscopy.
The consultant ordered a
colonoscopy
and a capsule endoscopy. The
colonoscopy
was clear and biopsies came back normal. I thought the capsule endoscopy would be my last chance to get some proper answers.
